I just cry when i see a previous rich fertile coffee plantation has been turned into a concrete jungle....why cant they go to Isiolo and built their concrete there?
Especially when the percentage of arable land in kenya is less than 10%

Those fertile soils should have remained for Agricultural purposes only. Turning them into concrete jungles was a huge mistake..yet we have plenty of deserts and semi deserts where we could build

It's very erroneous to say Tatu city was part of vision 2030. The Russian developer had no idea about the 2030 shenanigans. He was visiting Nairobi when he got stuck in traffic and he immediately saw an opportunity to invest in Kenya. It's also not true that Rendezvous the co that owns Tatu is American, its registered in New Zealand and founded by a Russian who changed his name to Stephen Jennings. Let's spread facts not conjectures pls

what I hate about Tatu City is their colonialist silly rules. Not worth the hype. A very useless place. I failed to stop at their stop sign and refused to pay their stupid fine. Hakuna chenye walinifanya😄
