The 90s compilations will never stop being a thing of comfort. Because they always take me back to simpler, younger days. When the world wasn't moving so fast. And you had the time to sit in front of the TV. Thank you as always Dave
These are always such a slice of my childhood that just brings me to an existential crisis each time i get to watch these. Thank you for putting these together!
Genuinely curious what characterizes an early-90s TV commercial prompted existential crisis. 📺📼🤔 I’d vote for a mix of nostalgia and incredulity at just how far the 20th century monoculture has ebbed away…
I think I remembered 1 or 2 of them, but I enjoyed them all. Nothing beats the early 90's for me (except maybe the late 80's). Thanks Dave! 👍🏼 I needed some nostalgic comfort tonight. 📺
Once again, how many minds and hearts and lives Dave is saving with these priceless preserved treasures. What a reminder of when things were simpler, better, and truly down to earth. And, IMHO, the peak of human creativity and happiness.
6:59 - 7:06 Not gonna lie, I thought there was no way he was actually going to do the hurdles. For some reason, it's interesting to me seeing what cereals do and don't still exist. "Have you told lies to someone you love? This man did, and now, this woman, may die." That escalated in a hurry, holy shit. Never heard of Forever Knight, but it looks like a cool concept that I'm certain didn't last long. I vaguely remember Picket Fences, and I remember it being weird. Oh shit, the Waco standoff was happening at this time? I kind of remember Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman. Somehow, even I remember a lot of women watched it because there was a hot guy main character. Some of the weirdest things stick out in my head for whatever reason.
I looked him up. He lived to 97. Natural causes. Maybe it was the bananas. Forever Knight was a syndicated show, it got three seasons and I thought it was pretty good as a teenager.
A no-name diner tried to brainwash him into being satisfied with a no-name cola. But he was too square-jawed and brand-loyal, and so overcame their powers. Triumphant, he then sent the diner dude to Hell.
little caesars pizza in the 90s was $798 for 2 pizzas nowadays little caesars cost $599 for one pepperoni pizza 🍕 is there really much of a differents in price? If course $798 for 2 pizzas probably was a limited time only I don't remember 😂
I worked at a Little Caesars back in 93' 94' in Gurneee IL, we hand made our dough every morning and our sausage came as a huge sausage ball that we had to hand pick off, it was good pizza back then......now its junk, good times...I was 18 yrs old.......loved it
Damn Dave ur right I don't remember a lot of these. Then I realized it's from CBS. I didn't watch that boring ass channel unless Price is Right came on lol

@@BuddyLee23 Basically what you said... just yearning for a better pace of life, less stress and just tired of struggling to make ends meet.
I love when these come up on my feed, the best place to escape from this nightmare we live in now!!! Bring back the 90s
I wish there was some way to revive the 80s and 90s before they are gone forever.
Early 90s is my jam! Love your work, Dave! 📼
These early 90's commercials take me back to growing up in Miami and bring back so many wonderful memories.

Watching these I know how video game characters feel when that health pack hits.

Wow. The Waco Texas stand off in the news. Wonder how that turned out...😂
Retro commercials are a good distraction from boredom, mediocrity, and other everyday problems we face.
Awesome! Encore!
Ragu Beef Tonight-didnt have the same feel as Chicken Tonight
Funny, A T and T had an Iplan, never knowing the internet, followed by smartphones and Ieverything was about to explode on the scene.
Like if you’d love a $8 Sizzler dinner right now.
I'd take the all you can eat salad and grille bar for $5.99
I worked at the Sizzler in High School. I was the salad bar queen and I loved it.
No thanks. I prefer Bonanza.
@@John_Locke_108 Hoss is my favorite
@@John_Locke_108 you just decline a cheap nutritious meal? Why?
Completely confused by the premise of the Coke commercial 😂😂😂

I loved watching and listening to 80s and 90s ads and music for nostalgia. Now it just makes me sad and angry as hell. I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK!

Little Caesars was always 2 for one in the old days. Tasted way better, too.
