Hey man, I rarely comment on pretty much anything, but I've been watching your content for a bit now and I just wanted to let you know that I have been loving the work you're doing. I've been waiting for a new upload for the past 6 months, and as per usual, you delivered above my expectations. I cant wait to see what you play in the future!
Sometimes, when I am just randomly scrolling TH-cam I come about one of your videos. I love your Hans Zimmer covers the most. This one is also special. It is an absolute riddle to me as to why you do not have many more subscribers. Thank you for the awesome content! ❤
Wow that is a beautiful piano, and the sound is amazing too. I’ve been playing for about 7 years now and I don’t comment much on piano videos anymore, but your playing style is very soothing and every note seems perfectly played. Keep up the content and I’m excited to see more!!
I really want to see this channel explode as it should. These may not be helpful critiques; feel free to ignore them, but: I can't help but think the thumbnails are beautifully made, but might be too compressed for mobile screens and look fuzzy on displays. The second critique: I bet there'd be more audience retention if the keys fell to the keyboard as you're about to press them instead of ascending after being pressed. It kind of hijacks that part of the brain that gives anticipation and wants to see something happen as opposed to "yeah, I already know they hit that key"
Would agree with the thumbnail thing - I have kept them similar for consistency but I can mess with some easier to view ideas. I have tried the notes going the opposite way a few times. I'm not sure how I feel about it, although the few times I did test it out the animation was probably a bit slow so I'll mess with it in the future. Regarding fame/exposure on TH-cam; I have a little group of people who like and comment on the videos and honestly that means the world to me :) It would be cool for the channel to blow up, but I mostly do this to relax, catalog the music I've played (as I've already forgotten more pieces than I know) and also so my parents can still listen to me play as we live in different states now.
@@walnutpianoI can say as an adhd watcher, slow moving piano notes that come down as you're about to hit em are far worse than more quickly moving notes, but I do think descending notes would be better in nearly every way than the ascending notes. And I totally understand what you mean about fame not really being a motivator, but it's just that the quality of these videos deserves more. If more traction means you can more consistently make the kind of stuff you want at the rate you want with a hungry audience waiting as long as it takes, I'd love to see that happen
Saw the new Wonka movie and this has been in my head ever since. Love to see it appearing around outside the theaters
i havent moved like this by music in so long
Actually just learned how to play this myself. Used this video to learn. Very easy once you get the fingering down. Thanks 👍
My buddy thinks he knows how to play this but he doesn't.
So happy to hear you and your beautiful piano up and running! Thank you.
Excellent performance. Don’t disappear for so long anymore 🙃
Will try not to :)
Missed you bro !

Very enjoyable to listen to! Great to see a new video from you 🙂
So happy to see another one of your videos! Love the piece and what you did with it. You really inspire me to work on my own piano technique.
Gorgeous, I love the pondering style you explore with all your songs!
