Which one should checked/select because my parents are in Africa and I’m in Asia schooling and also using Asia as my current residential address . I am selecting ‘no’ for representative, still I see that I have to fill up IMM 5744 e (Consent of Information) form. Which so asking for details of representative, why is it so? Is this mandate?

Agar same country ka biometric aapne pehle karya ho to dubara jarurat nahi hai otherwise dubara karwana padega.

Dear like in India we have Aadhar number which is our National Identity , so if there any document in your country then select yes otherwise select no or if you don't know then simply select NO.
after biometrics how much is take time to get the result & still i am not submit my passport to VFS DUBAI. what is the next process ?
After biometric it'll take 20 - 30 days aprox. after that if you get your PPR then you have to submit your Passport to Vfs or courrier service.

you give your biometrics from where you are applying your case. eg. if currently you are in dubai then from dubai you need to give ur biometric.
