Thank you! I hear "itadakimasu" all the time in an anime I'm watching but not "gochisousama" so I wasn't aware of this. It feels proper that there's a phrase of gratitude for the meal *after* you've eaten.

bism allh(means in the name of god )
after meal we say.... alhamdullh (means thanks God)

and when someone is finished meal you have to teal him alf afea (means thousand of healthiness)
