Restoring my Royal Enfield Bullet 500 - Part 8 (1/2)

I finish the timing side and put on the new front sprocket and chain. This is the first half of part 8 with the second half coming this week. It'll make more sense when you watch 😂. We're almost ready to put the top end and exhaust back on, so there's light at the end of the tunnel!

The tab washer on the sprocket nut is designed so that one tab always lines up on a flat, you don’t need to bend the other one over.

Btw, you can always use a light touch of grease on the timing cover gasket just enough to hold it in place.

Thanks and yes, not exactly ideal conditions, but I’m making it work. There was a weird issue with the engine sprocket, which is why the next video is a little late. It’ll be out soon and I’ll explain the problem. Fortunately all was resolved
