    As an ex RAF Police I am very impressed at how the RAF Police dealt with this. Very well mannered and explained everything very clearly to you and also were happy to answer your questions and even when they knew they couldn’t comment answered in a polite way. Fine example of how to deal with the public. Well done to those guys. Keep up the good work

      Quality from serving personnel apart from the one deadhead. Who spoilt an otherwise enjoyable interaction. How do they get to think that way. One wonders how the deadhead would react if he was treated the same way.

    I did 33 years in the army and that old guy that came out and grabbed you was way out of line.
    What I do have to say about the way you didn't want it chased up formally is that people that behave like that, if they're not dragged over the coals for doing things like that, they will simply do it again tomorrow to someone else.
    I will say in closing that I can guarantee you, that you're not the first person he has done that to.

    I disagree with your choice. If you were to assault a peace officer, military member or security staff, they would have not been so kind. Both in the US and the UK, there needs to be a high level of expectation on those who are given power and privilege. To whom much is given, much is expected in return. When the penalty is high, people have more motivation not violate the rules.

He needs an investigation! The MP's are a nice pair which is refreshing in todays society! I respect the decision to not pursue based upon the service officer admitting the assault however I personally would have hoped for genuine remorse to be offered and shown.
    I would also have hoped that the serving officer would not have been tipped off that admission would see him off as of course it would be the easy way out.

    LEGALS
    All very obvious - with one legal exception.
    I could be wrong, I was not there and angles can be very deceiving (ask any magician 😉)… but it looks to me like the M-Plod would have seen the assault. My first questions would have been to ask if they’d seen the assault, and if they had dashcam. They said “it looked / sounded like there was an altercation”.
    So, what does / did that mean? He saw what exactly? And if they saw something why wasn’t the CIB # immediately arrested? Beats me. If plod see an assault then must take appropriate action. Just a question.

    What an unusual reaction. Do you suffer some kind of medical condition? If someone touches me - for no apparent reason - I politely tell them that I do not appreciate it. If it's someone touching me to get my attention, then I can live with that.

    • @exposeandeducate
      @exposeandeducate  ปีที่แล้ว

      No one has the right to put hands on anyone else simple. He may well have got more violent so I reacted in a way that he could not misunderstand.
      If you misunderstand then I suggest you learn to respect others and never touch anyone inappropriately

    • @green856w
      @green856w ปีที่แล้ว

      @@exposeandeducate I agree with your comments that to intentionally touch someone is an assault, however if everyone stuck strictly to that the courts would be full of people because they came into contact with one another while doing everyday activities, e.g. shopping, attending a concert or sporting event. With you, the impression is you were in that location awaiting to be challenged and your reaction was, in my lowly opinion, over the top. I thought at first you had been manhandled to the ground, so I was very surprised to find that wasn't so. What did the assault amount to? On which part of your body were you assaulted? What did your assailant use? I am very sceptical as to your real motives for videoing what, in some cases, may be sensitive locations. The scenario of videoing military locations, just to be challenged seems illogical.
