Hubby recently died and now I’m left with a garage full of tools. This video is a great motivational selling start for me to finally get started. Thank you 🙏 so much, I didn’t know how to begin!

Snap-on tools will always sell whether they are broken or not. Professionals will buy them broken for a cheap price because Snap-on honors a lifetime warranty and they will either replace or repair them, no questions asked.

@@beardedthriftmachine hope it's not a bother. Was wondering if an old set of s-k metric wrenches. No 1815 in a roll out pouch. How much value is lost if its incomplete? It's a 15 piece set missing the 2 smallest . Again, really dug the video and will check out your others.

Great video. I soak all my sockets, extensions, wrenches, etc. in white vinegar works fantastic. Can I also soak ratchets in white vinegar or would that damage the internal parts? Thanks

Just started dabbling in reselling on eBay, and I've been watching both channels. You and Kayla always have super helpful content, and it's much appreciated. I've got a stupid big amount of hand tools just collecting dust in the storage unit. In general, if you have a complete set of USA made tools (ratchets, wrenches, whatever), and you aren't necessarily in a rush to sell, do you keep it together or piece it out? I'm sure you've probably answered this a million times, maybe even in this video. So sorry about that.

Good stuff man, I have done a few tools. Good info on Bolos. Only problem I ever have with tools more so than with golf clubs, is that most men know their tool brands and values. Btw, Love the clock in the background go Gamecocks.

Do you have a video on inexpensive ways to ship tools? I currently sell jeans on eBay and they are easy to ship. I always see tools at estate sales. Would be helpful to have tips on shipping. Thanks

For small tools over 1 pound I use the padded flat rate and I use them alot. Then for super heavy ones - med and large flat rate boxes. but if you stay with mechanic hand tools alot can fit into a padded flat rate.
      thanks so much fo watching!

When it comes to Snap On and you’re already a customer, they’ll usually do a free exchange. I don’t know if Lowe’s does a free exchange on Sears era Craftsman tools.
