Agreed 👍 Craps deserves big tips! It is extremely difficult to learn! Dealers must be really fast, have dexterity, and accurate with their mathematical calculations at high speed to keep the dice hot 🔥 tip them well. It's an art form that many dealers cannot master. The math is so hard, especially on prop bets where the stick person is.
I would like to see a video about 6&8 plays, again. It seemed like the other numbers we're explained well and they 6/8 we're shown with shortcuts. I'm still trying to understand it. This is a great video and I'm glad I came across it. Not talking smack at all. I would like it cleared up with the shortcuts. Also an explaination why big 6/8 is a sucker's bet. Thank you
Can you explain why pass line with max odds is better than simply buying or placing the numbers? Is it simply because of the advantage on come out roll. For instance in this video pass line point 9 with max odds is $125 at risk for a 25 dollar table (4 times odds). This pays 175. 150 odds 1.5 to 1 and 25 for the even money pass line.. The same $125 at risk by simply buying the 9 pays $187. 12 dollars more. Can someone explain why max odds pass line is better than place or buy when the initial pass line wager is only paid even money? Thanks
It's rare but some tables still have Big 6&8. That is also an even money bet. Was more common in the days of 1 and 2 dollar minimum tables. You could put a dollar on Big 6 or 8 and get even money; same as if you were placing a dollar on 6 or 8. Self service bet.
I have been learning this game since yesterday only thing that confuses me is when betting on odds. So if I roll a 7 or 11 on break out roll when I have money on odds or do I lose the money on odds when I roll a 7 or 11. Basically what I'm asking is does putting money on odds only benefit you on a point roll.
It's still confusing and you're one of those insturctors who is soooo advanced you don't remember what it's like to be a complete and total beginner. You can't dumb things down enough. I've had other instuctors with the same problem.
1.) When the puck is black is the ONLY time to bet the Pass Line, none of this “The best time” shiz. 2.) There is no such thing as a “Don’t Pass Bar” - what you read there is “bar Twelve.” 3.) the payoff on a Two- Hit Pass Line Parlay of Comeout naturals Seven and Eleven is $3-to-1, D.) the payoff on a Three-Hit Pass Line Parlay of Comeout naturals Seven and Eleven is $7-to-1. Bet the Pass Line corRECTly!
This is not a video about that. If you have never played craps then you need to check out his very first videos to check out the cheques denominations.
Fantastic! Been playing craps for years but never fully understood the payouts. This cleared it all up. Thank You. Great video. Well explained.
Glad it helped! Thank you for watching Paul! --Mar
This video was amazing. It was so informative. I never really understood how much you could take in odds now I totally get it thank you so much
Way to go David! Best craps video since Lisa explained condiments 🍾
Wow, mad props to craps dealers! Definitely need to up my tipping at the table!

Dude, you must be a GENIUS. Great vid, looking forward to watching this series.
Would be nice if 5 was as a field bet lol.
I caught that too.
Yeah why isn't 5? I don't get that
@@maxbrass8725 it would significantly lower the house edge and possibly make it no longer favorable for the house.

I agree
My head just exploded 💥 Amazing video though! This is definitely what I was looking for. Thank you.
Thanks!
2:15 you said the 5 pays even money in the field. I know you meant the 4, just pointing it out!
even the great's mess up every now and then lol
Can not wait for the next one. Outstanding!
Learning all the payouts, probability, min & max bets are like 90% of learning this game.
What's the other 10%
Love this video, very helpful. Thank you so much❤️
most informative class I have seen
Why play max odds on the 5+6 if the payout for Place Bet and Max Odds are both 6:5? Am I seeing it right?
They do not pay the same.

That was such a sucker bet I guess they felt bad about it and removed it.
Now I can win even more 😈
Thanks for the info 👍
How do you pay out odds on the 5 and nine when the odds bet is only 5 ?
You can’t pay them 7.25
Thanks for the videos
Wish your camera was better positioned to see the chips you are putting down for the $10 bets

You can only bet pass or don't pass odds once a point is established. On a come out roll there's no odds.
Should do a horn world hops ext. Middle table bets for new players for the series.
Don't bet the middle of the table. Huge advantages for the house
Really good just missing buy/place payouts.
Thanks brothahthamule
Lots of Casinos USE To Pay 3/Triple on the 12 in the Field. 😠
Odds can be less than the table minimum..Though i am sure it was to start a conversation...
The casinos I play at thr odds can be lower then the flat bet os that not the case on vegas
He said 5 on the field bet. The field bet does not have a 5. I thought that he was an instructor. LOL

Go watch the Wizard of Odds tutorial
It's a 4 part series
He breaks it down
That's how I learned the game
@@yomamaso100I was looking for those videos but only seen it in writing. Do you know where the video is posted? 🙏🏼
You may need to redo this video. You hit the point 7:48 in but continued as though you didn’t😬
Just as confused as when I started
3, 5, 9, 10,11 ??? No 4?
Your mic is holding your production quality back

Very confusing
Lost me trying to understand
I have no clue what red, green, white he’s talking about lol needs to say numbers like $50, $25 etc lol

@@Jana-TheCraftyGambler right…… lol
No such thing as the "Don't Pass Bar".
Lol I havnt heard of the 'bar' part but the don't pass I use pretty often lol
😢I
Your so fast I would have to watch ten time maybe I’m just stupid but this game is intimidating your no help
A beginner can’t understand your to fast
Still confusing.
You go to fast….. people cant understand ,…..they tune out fast …..less viewers for you…. do a series slower for beginners
