Yeah need a stator removal tool and if you are replacing the crank bearings you need a veey special tool from Honda. Its like $400. I didnt buy it, I hope Honda tech can help me with it.
Do you not remove those 2 rings that's behind the clutch system? The ones you said was for a dampner? Watched a video of a guy and he took those out saying since he was replacing with 6 clutch rings instead of 5 to remove those.
Is the first friction plate supposed to be narrower to accommodate the jutter spring? It looks like the OEM set had one that was different from the others
