man, your animations and skills are PRICELESS! Thank you for sharing it to us for free! You are a huge inspiration and teacher, can't wait to learn all of the things that you show to us! Please keep posting you are a gem seriously!
@@mapal Indeed! The further I was watching the more I was like the meme with Vince McMahon. On the glass part I was screaming and after chromatic distortion I just fell off the chair
You are amazing! I love your tutorials. I really want to know how you made the cards animation. Please share how you made it from the card making to the animation. Thanks for the great effort.
Hi Mapal, just wanted to say, thank you for yet another banger of a tutorial! I'm sort of a newbie here, how did you add a slight shake/wobble to your animations that you showed as the final output in the intro?
I use an adjustment layer with a transform effect on it. I add a wiggle expression to the position parameter and then increase the scale to 101-102 to make sure my edges are always covered
Hey man, great tuts. But it would be nice if you could show the further parts of animating these as we see them in the intro. For instance I'm stuck at how to animate the glass blinds to come across in tutorial 4 as you don't show this.
@ Cheers man, I actually ended up giving that a go after my comment lol. Couldn’t quite get it looking like yours, but maybe 80% of the way to lookin like it😂
Great tutorial, mate💯. I just came across your channel and am wondering if you have edited this tutorial video with AE as well, considering the smooth zoom in and outs.
Great work as always! Been inspired to learn AE because of you! Can you share your export settings? Cause my exported text animations have jagged edges to them but when I'm in AE they look fine. Idk what to do 😅
Could You please say what plugins do You use in this video and AE? Flow, Anchor aligment panels for example. Thanks! PS. Amazing Video! I'll deep dive in to other ones for sure!
This is a bit random, but what keyboard is Mapal using? I like the sound when he types! My keyboard is more than 10 years old (!!!), I've had it on several computers and it's time for a new one!
I use a Keychron Q1 Pro, which is incredible! Recently got a Keychron K2 HE for my wife and it’s phenomenal as well! If you end up joining the Keychron squad then I do have an affiliate link www.keychron.com/?ref=Mapal
22:28 Could you create a tutorial teaching how to make that effect that happens on the iPhone screen when we use AirDrop? I believe that this "05 - Chromatic Distortion" pipeline can help with that.
Hello!! Great tutorial but i had some problems at 26:59 with the Channel Mixer, for me it wasnt the same effect and i did not found any other that is similar to it in my library, Any help? Appreciate it!
I implement few techniques from This video on my training project I’ve uploaded on Behance! It’s fantastic! How I can tag you or send it to you if you’d like to?
Kinda hard to explain but I click it at around 11:50 and then its just about clicking and dragging in the comp itself. It's a button in that same area where you toggle transparency etc.
Best AE channel right now hands down
I was thinking the same 😄
You're the G.O.A.T of ae tutorials on this platform
That's some high praise! I appreciate it!
THat would be Andrew Kramer

the fact you give this stuff out for free - almost makes me wanna gatekeep your channel, but that would be an injustice to your hard work

Great Video! They are really getting better! 😊 btw, what screen recorder are you using? Does it do the zoom Ins/ out on its own?
Thank you, I appreciate it! I use ScreenStudio which does the zoom ins/outs and the keystrokes
@@mapal Awesome. Thanks!
Rad collection. Would have loved to see the final product at the top of each chapter
Fair! I’ll have to keep that in mind for future videos
Always impressed by your title cards. Will you be doing a process on how you created this one?
Might have to eventually 🤔
@@mapal in the refracted glass animation how did you flip it to cover the text did you split the layer?
@suwan513 I just animated the position of the shape as well as the position of the repeater
your so good Mapal thank you for your videos

Amazing 👏🏻
Great tutorials - thank you
Really nice work
The 3rd one's effort is insane for a simple effect....
It’s definitely a lot of work but that’s often how it goes. Craziest stuff ends up looking the simplest and I love it
Thank you for this tutoriel And this effect very interesting!!
Thank you, I appreciate it!
Thank you!
bro i like your videos , they are so useful especially The Text Animation videos plz make more of them

I did the fifth one few days ago for the nike project) thank you for the tutorial btw
It’s a sick technique aye!
My goodness, thank you thank yoy 😢🎉❤ . I wonder sir, can you do the last effect on a picture/images instead of a text?
Yes! Probably won't be as crazy but it should still work
Hey man, great tuts. But it would be nice if you could show the further parts of animating these as we see them in the intro. For instance I'm stuck at how to animate the glass blinds to come across in tutorial 4 as you don't show this.
Play around with the parameters for the repeater :)

Great video. Can you tell what plugins you use for the ease and anchor point? Cheers from Argentina
Flow and either Anchor Point Mover or Motion Tools!
Great tutorial, mate💯. I just came across your channel and am wondering if you have edited this tutorial video with AE as well, considering the smooth zoom in and outs.
Thank you! No, I use ScreenStudio, which does all the zooms and tracking of the mouse. I edit the tutorials in Davinci
@@mapal Amazing, thanks.
What is the ease tool that you used at the beginning, is it a plug-in? Looks AMAZING!
That would be Flow!
@@mapal Thank you so much!!
Excellent tutorial. I have a question, how did you learn all of this?
I’ve watched a lot of videos and then a lot of experimenting
@@mapal ok thank you
this is the perfect video i needed! how did you get the "sexy speed panel" in after effects? i canty find it
Thank you! That is actually a paid plugin called “Flow” and the presets like “sexy speed” are my custom ones!
Great work as always! Been inspired to learn AE because of you! Can you share your export settings? Cause my exported text animations have jagged edges to them but when I'm in AE they look fine. Idk what to do 😅
I always export in ProRes 422 or 4444 depending on whether I need a transparent background or not. Should give you crystal clear stuff
@@mapalThank you so much! Switching to ProRes fixed the jagged edges. Hope you reach 100k subs soon! 💯🔥

Nice work man! Im having trouble animating the Glass animation. Any tips please?
I mean you can go as crazy as you want with it. Easiest is to try and just play with the position and see what you can get with that
Great Tutorial! wondering whether you could link the JK motion video you mentioned?

how did you make that "shaking" of the first animation? (the finished version)
Adjustment layer with a transform effect added. Set scale to 101 or 102. Add a wiggle expression to the position of the transform effect
Can you do a complete series for ae beginners
please give a hint how we can animate that glass animation
Thanks for the video! I still don't get how you made the border around the region of interest at 12:22.

dude how'd you make the animation @ 22:39, I've literally tried everything I can to replicate it and I cant find a way
