Dude, I came across your channel a few months ago, and believe me, there is a need for designers like you on this platform. Even though I haven't applied everything you've shown here, I've been using the things I've learned differently in my own videos. What you've shown here is very useful. I also have a small request, can you make some Apple and Samsung style tutorials?
Great video Mapal! You deserve much more subs for this quality content. I was just wondering if all these cool animations you teach can be done in Fusion without After Effects? If yes, please create more tutorials especially for the Vox and Magnates media documentary style videos. I would genuinely appreciate this a lot. I will be looking forward to it!!!
Mann! This channel is sooo good. Just subscribed (I am very selective :) This is pure gold! Keep up the work. Also, could you pls make a video for someone who is just starting out with AE. I mean elaborating the different functions and their usage that'd be really helpful
Hey Mapal, I found this video earlier today and since then I've been scouring your channel on the tutorial you mentioned that you uploaded on the text animation @ 0:11 but I can't find it at all. Would you be able to link me with the tutorial on it that you made or if there isn't one, would you be able to tell me what the animation style / effect is called so I can research how to do it myself? Thank you!!!
In the video I was referring to the card animation (as in I used that scene before). I suspect you’re referring to the title card where the text “animation” goes from skinny to bold. If that’s the case here is a link to a tutorial I’ve made that covers that effect th-cam.com/video/B2fQs3qlqHo/w-d-xo.html&si=OOFPVN3rKhaVSeQV
Thanks for the tutorial, it's inspiring 👌 I like this kind of animation styles in general. Tell me, do you apply this style in your work with a clients, and in which projects do you use something similar more often? How can this style be realized, for example, in advertising?
Just sorta depends on the task at hand. Each technique serves its own purpose. Card animation could be used to show off member cards for a website as an example.
Hi bro, Can you please tell in the sponsored part of "artlist", you made the "screen recording" of artlist "glow up"...what kind of glow did you use and what are the settings? When I am applying "deep glow" on a screen recording, the colors are getting distorted. Please help..
Looks like deep glow ig change exposure to high and intensity low. Or if you're talking about next clip it might be halation effect, just add mask layer as text stroke and parent position if any animation and add extra red channels using effects then add a lil bit of glow to mask layer.
I added a deep glow to it where I increased the radius and decreased the exposure. My favourite little trick tho is to actually make a duplicate and using the extract effect so that the glow only affects the highlights. Then in Davinci I add some halation for extra juice
i have this one question in the card animation part! when u linked all the cards together and changed the value of rotation, how did the cards rotate in a different way then each other and not rotate with the same value? i hope u see this, thanks
It’s because they’re double linked aka we link the rotation parameters together and then the layer as a whole. Important to do it as a chain and not all of them to the same one
I use artlist. If you look in the description you’ll find a link to a collection of my most used sounds. There’s also a link to get 2 free months when you sign up for the annual subscription.
great video man! where'd you get that super sick brain animation? i've been looking for websites to get 360 degree assets from and i can't find any good ones :/
How does this logic work? : Parenting Rotation separately and then parenting the layers themselves....any tut, article or a text about that technique ?
I couldn’t tell you for sure. My guess would be works as some sort of double up. If you only had the rotation linked the degree would be the same but since you also parent the layer I think it almost works as a multiplier!
@@mapal yeah. I had the same thoughts… interesting, that u can apply the same method to the scale as well. With the position property it doesn’t work that well. Thank u anyway! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
