- In this video, we continue our series on MetaBox by exploring the MB Frontend Submission extension.
This powerful tool allows you to create front-end forms for submitting content to custom post types, custom meta fields, taxonomies, and even standard WordPress post types.
While it may not be as robust as dedicated tools like WS Form, it offers a simple and effective way to manage front-end submissions.
We’ll walk you through:
Setting up the MB Frontend Submission extension.
Creating a custom post type and custom fields.
Building a front-end submission form using Bricks Builder (which also works with Gutenberg and Elementor).
Styling the form and adding custom fields.
Setting up a user dashboard to manage, edit, and delete posts.
By the end of this tutorial, you’ll have a functional front-end submission form and dashboard that you can customize further for your WordPress site.
