- It's National Hispanic Heritage Month and we are sharing a powerful story about perseverance from NASA astronaut José Hernandez. Hernandez was a migrant worker as a child, and dreamed of one day going to space. His life story is portrayed in the movie, "A Million Miles Away," streaming on Prime Video. For our series "Note to Self," Hernandez shares a letter with his younger self about his journey to the stars and beyond.

A genuine inspirational movie for all of humanity to view. From his parents sacrafices and love for their children to have a better life, his teacher (who truly cared about him), his wife who God only knows went through so much to be supportive, his family and friends, it took a village. but most importantly, his own discipline and dedication to never give up on his goal. May God continue to bless him and his entire family. Thank you for making the movie.

Hidden Figures was a joke because they made up scenes like the racism they didn't come up against at NASA, but this movie didn't feel Hollywood. It was edited, shot, and acted to the point you are engaged from the start to the end. I had low expectations for it, but it definitely deserves the 5 stars it currently has on Amazon.
