Merry Christmas, thank you for this video. I am learning to use colors and paints, and information and tips are dear to my heart. 🎨🎨
Happy holidays to you, Ray! This was a quick class lesson that we had fun with. I hope you do, too.
Haven't painted in Watercolor in awhile. This was very helpful.
I'm glad you liked it - seeing someone else paint can spark lots of good ideas.
Thank you for all the great hints and tips!! Loving the two figures and the way you painted the background ❤️
You are so welcome - thank you for posting!
This is a great lesson. I am inexperienced in painting people, and this is very helpful!
Glad you enjoyed it! I'm doing some more basic videos for people just starting out.
Hello how're you doing hope you and your family are safe due to the covid 19 pandemic?
Thank you Deb, you’ve given me courage to try figures! This was great!

Thank you, Terry. I think everyone who's been painting a long time has some pretty strong opinions on things.

Glad it was helpful! Figures are fun to paint, so I hope yours turns out well.
Very nice, lovely painting tutorial. Beautiful
Thank you, Amy! Most students had trouble getting the shadows on the figures dark enough, especially on the legs.
Love this. Thanks. Altho would be nice and helps to see the palette too while painting. ❤️
Thanks for the tip, Jocelyn. I'll try to include it in all the videos.
Thank you so much for your clear tutorials! They are so helpful! I looooove them
I'm so glad you liked it, Siny. I was afraid this one wasn't as helpful.
O yes, no worries, it sure was! 🙂
Very interesting, love it !
Thank you, Roni! Watercolor is fun, the ideas of how to paint are limitless.
Just realized.. "wimpy shadows" were making my paintings spineless 😏. Thanks for all the tips ❤️
You're welcome, Rashmi. It's surprising how much impact shadows have.
Great tips, I've always been scared to do people. 😀
Just jump in - you don't have to show your first efforts to anyone, but think of what you like and don't like about them. Then try them again and change the parts you don't like.
Is there a download for this
There is, Marina but I don't have it online. If you email me I'll have your address and email you the downloads. (deb-watson@comcast.net)
