Our last run (Viento to Event site) in the Gorge at the end of the Champs week. I had stayed close to river middle all week so I decided to go farther right - closer to Mitchell Pt. Had a good time.
Nice! A local pro told me to take that line close to Mitchell Point and then at the red can one mile after MP work left over to Swell. There’s a deeper channel there. I don’t know if it’s faster but it has better waves!

Yeah - if nothing else I do believe it can be fun over there. I also enjoy those long, stretched out waves that you can get after MP for awhile.
