    이거 찌면 라페1장이면 찢어지고 2장부터는 식으면 질겨져요...차리리 속재료를 익히고 라이스페이퍼에 싸서 먹음 찐만두 맛있습니다.

    ⭐️재료 및 조리법⭐️
    [재료]
    -냉동새우 13개~15개 (꼬리 제거)
    -부추 한 줌 (40g 정도 쓴 것 같아요)
    -표고버섯 1~2개
    -청양고추 1개
    -진간장(또는 양조간장) 1스푼
    -맛술 1스푼
    -전분가루 2스푼
    -참기름 1스푼
    -후추 1스푼
    [양념]
    -간장, 식초, 올리고당 또는 설탕, 물 조금
    ❗️주의사항 (필독)❗️
    ⭐️정말 맛있는데!!❤️ 조심 조심하면서 만들어야하고 다소 시간이 걸리는 요리에요^^ (레시피 꼼꼼히 읽으면서 진행하는 걸 추천🙈)
    ⭐️ 영상에서는 라이스페이퍼 1장 사용했는데, 여러분 만드실 때는 라이스페이퍼 2장을 겹쳐서 만드는 걸 추천드려요.
    (1장으로 찌다보면 굉장히 얇아서 잘 찢어질 수 있어요. 2장 겹쳐서 만들어 보시는 걸 추천⭐)
    ⭐️영상에서는 찌는 시간 8분으로 나왂는데, 물 끓기 시작하고 6~7분 쪄주세요. 오래 끓이면 라이스페이퍼가 녹을 수 있어요. 새우가 익을 만큼만 쪄주면 돼요. 집집마다 불, 냄비 사양 다르니 뚜껑 열어 확인해보시는 것도 OK.
    ⭐만두를 찜기나 그릇에 올릴 때, 달라 붙지 않게 , 에 참.기.름. 꼭 발라야하고, 만두끼리 서로 간격을 둬야해요 꼭⭐️⭐️
    안그러면, 달라 붙는 걸 경험하실거에요ㅋㅋㅋ😆
    ⭐️ 다 찐 만두는 젓가락이나 집게로 들지 말고🙅‍♀️ 꼭 손으로 만두 윗부분을 잡고 접시에 플레이팅.
    ⭐️플레이팅할 접시에 꼭 참기름 바르기!! 그래야 만두가 접시에 안 달라붙어요.
    [조리법] 필독⭐️⭐️
    1.만두소 만들기
    -다진 냉동새우(꼬리 제거), 다진 부추, 다진 버섯 + 진간장 1스푼, 맛술 1스푼, 전분가루 2스푼, 참기름 1스푼, 후추
    2.만두 모양 만들기
    -(그릇에 따~끈한 물을 준비) 라이스페이퍼를 물에 30초 담갔다가 녹으면 건지기
    -(접시나 도마 위에 물 또는 참기름 묻히고) 라이스페이퍼 2장을 겹쳐서 펼치고, 만두소 올려 돌돌 말기
    *영상에서는 1장인데, 처음 만들어 보실 때는 꼭 2장 겹쳐 만드는 걸 추천드려요.
    3. 냄비에 물 붓고, 찜기에 참기름 넉넉히 바르고 -> 물 끓기 시작하고 6~7분 찌기 -> 뚜껑 열어 2~3분 식히기
    ️⭐️절대 오래 찌면 안돼요. 찌고 뚜껑 바로 열어 식혀요.
    4. 플레이팅 방법 : 충분히 식힌 만두는 -> 꼭 손으로 을 살짝 잡고, 접시에 플레이팅
    *젓가락으로 만두 잡으면, 만두가 들러붙을 수 있어요😆
    *플레이팅할 접시에도 참기름을 꼭 발라줘야지 만두가 안 눌러붙어요.

      하루 2만보 걷기 해보셈
      안빠질래야 안빠질수 없음
      집청소 아침 저녁으로 걸레질 하고 부지런 해져보셈
      게을러서 살찌는거지 부지런한 사람들은 애초에 찌지가 않음
      몇십년 먹어서 찌워놓고 몇달만에 빼려는건 욕심이지

    재료를 한번에 섞어서 볶아준담에 라이스페이퍼를 따뜻한 물에 잠깐 담갔다가 접시에 놓고 재료를 올리고 스프링롤처럼 말이서 드시면 더 쉬울것같은데...상추나 민트를 올려도 좋아용

    라이스 페이퍼 칼리리 높은데, 장당 23칼로리.
    두장씩 쓰면 50칼로리. 배 채울정도로 먹을라믄
    엄청난 칼로리를 섭취할듯 싶어요. ㅠ
    근데 만두는 맛있겠어요. 아이디어가 완전 굿

      불 끈 후 잠시 뚜껑을 열어 식히면서
      수분기와 열기를 날린 몇분후 집으면
      쫀득하고 물컹함과 축축함이 사라짐.
      모든 찜기 요리가 그래요.

      칼로리는 문제가 안되지만 밀가루는 문제가 되는 분들에게 좋겠네요

      먹어도 다 흡수 안돼요
      몸에 흡수되는건 20%도 안되요
      그외 나머지는 다 똥 오줌으로 배출됩니다
      먹고 많이 움직이세요 칼로리 백날 신경써봤자
      돌아오는건 없어요 먹고 움직일 생각을 하세요
