what a beautiful machine, well done lads.

Just needs an accurate paint scheme. Not the historically inaccurate bright blue striped scheme seen on the museum tank though. That baby blue should be more gray in tint.

✅ Thanks. I actually tried out War Thunder in 2017, but didn't progress very far due to a complete lack of patience of having to spend thousands MORE hours trying to get good at ANOTHER tank game, after I'd already spent 5,500 games worth of time trying to get good at World of Tanks. Thats not to mention having either burned up, or broken two $400 - $550 laptops in 2 years while playing WOT.
I quit WOT completely in 2017. But about 2.5 years ago, I downloaded World of Warships Blitz on my smartphone just for the helluvit, thinking it would suck and then I'd quickly delete it. But its actually really good! I've become better at WOWS Blitz than I was at WOT. Now I've got a 65.9% win rate, versus my highest WOT win rate of 56%. It takes lots of practice and patience to get good, but its a really good game. I haven't yet tried the PC or console versions of WOWS, but I will eventually.....

@@HighlanderNorth1 I actually tried to play as the Matilda today and it's a miserable experience as she's been placed at too high a battle rank (or rather other tanks have been placed too low). As much as the tank model looks STUNNING and I can add the appropriate decals, it's just not a great tank in the game when against superior vehicles that it shouldn't be up against in the first place! I have never played WOT but I have heard about World of Warships being good. I do enjoy the grind in War Thunder and I have managed to only spend about £20 on the game so far which for me isn't an issue. The amount of vehicles and the ability to see your shell penetrate your enemy in the upper right corner (it shows an X-Ray view) are both extremely satisfying.

By the time Tigers were introduced, the British had almost entirely phased the Matilda out of service in the west. What the Matilda would be going up against were mostly various Italian tanks early war German tanks, (Pz. I, II, III and short barreled IV), early war German and Italian anti tank guns and Japanese tanks and anti tank guns, all of which had immense difficulty knocking out a Matilda.
