Its so true this, I've been losing my balance since I was 50 and couldn't understand why this was happening, I kept thinking I had sliped on something but it was my balance all the time. Having arthritis dosen't help either and causes imbalance.
I am .58 years and a diabetic. Recently my left leg began to hurt and swell so much that I can’t stand up or get up after sitting down. My legs still hurt and are swollen. Your book WIN will help me understand and overcome this problem . Thanks
