    Listen to S N GOENKA on how to do Anapan meditation.
    Practice shown in the video may hvae benefits but its not Anapan.
    Don't take it as negative comment.

    A good meditation video slightly ruined by the distraction that is the narrator talking at what seems like two second intervals. This constant chatter is really unnecessary.
