    Malo Uso! This is exactly the type of guidance and training to help me understand a lot better than any other TH-cam coach I've seen. Thanks for the lesson! Watching from Melbourne 👊💣🔥

    Mahalo, Love the in depth look at the peak a boo, it’s hard to find many people that understand the style, and even fewer that can explain it. I grew up watching iorn Mike and saw what cus da matos training could do. Much thanks for providing these videos. I’m very interested in the foot work aspect and like the way you use yours

    Great content bro, would love to see you showing drills and breaking down how different ways to approach and cut off your opponent, along with how to get inside and defensive cues when in that position. I've been trying to training alongside you, one of the things i'm struggling with the most is getting inside effectively and not get peppered in that position. One thing I've seen is positioning the head on your opponents shoulder, but would be great if you could demonstrate that along with anything else thats important on the inside in some more detail

    Hello sir, so i am am a beginner in boxing. And for some reason i feel like my hands are a bit heavy for me. Would you give any tips on that or can you suggest me some workouts to improve the strength of my arms and punches and to make my movements swift and quick please? Thanks so much for your content

    • @shadowghost5000
      @shadowghost5000 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You gotta get your reps in. Just like how you're legs would feel heavy if all u did was sit on your ass all day, you train your cardio and endurance with skipping rope and running, your arms need that conditioning too. Shadowboxing is really important, always keep your hands up and throw your punches. You'll get used to it eventually, most important thing is consistency
