Anthem keeps raising HOA but doing
Nothing to maintain the property
Interesting I have not seen an increase in years which is surprising with inflation am I missing something?
@@courtneybentley I have many business partners that have been trying to leave anthem because of their corruption. Their fees were raised and told it was to fix the fountain and other amenities but years went by and they didn’t fix anything.
There’s HOAs elsewhere that are charging residents half the HOA fee anthem is and offering twice the amenities… one of many reasons why the vegas valley is a terrible place to live past 5 years.
