Particles in the lip of the vessell container is getting trapped and unable to reach and clean. I have contacted ninja they are sending a Replacement part but also advise me that i am going to still have the same issues. This is too much money to have issues like this
@@NinjaKitchenUS thanks because I am scared to use the replacement vessels because they said I am going to have the issue with particles not being able to remove. Mold is a health issue. My suggestion is make a new vessell that is compatible with the machine and send out the new parts to current customers

@@NinjaKitchenUS i have contacted them on Saturday and they did live video call to view the issue of the vessel container and saw the mold. They are sending a new vessel container but also advise that i will have the same issues with the replacement part.
The problem with it is this… the back of the container where it ends is essentially folded on the inside. Well, in that fold crud accumulates and you can’t get it out. There is absolutely no way to clean it. I made apple cider in ours and the spices are stuck in it. I bought two machines so it’s $600. I love the machine so much, and if not for that it would be perfect. It’s unfortunately a huge issue, a safety issue.

Ninja Slushi machines are absolutely garbage the vessel cannot be cleaned properly and it's a known issue and is not covered under warranty BUYER BEWARE
Hello. I love my Slushi but @ninja Kitchen the problem with cleaning the lip is a legit design flaw. Like many others, I too cannot clean the inside lip where particles are being trapped. I will be reaching out for a replacement, but this should not be a 'live with it' decision on the part of Ninja and demands remediation.
We're sorry to hear about your difficulty with the vessel. We'll certainly share this with our development team. The best way to clean this is to place the vessel in the top rack of their dishwasher on its side. You should not be running a heated dry or sanitize dishwasher cycle as this may damage the vessel. Please note you may have to adjust the height of your dishwasher top rack to allow enough room for the vessel to fit. Some divider / tines / spikes are also adjustable to help create enough space for the vessel to fit in the top rack. If ingredients have not been cleaned after the first cycle you may have to run another dishwasher cycle to completely clean this part of the vessel. It is best practice to dishwash this vessel as soon as you notice any ingredients in this area of the vessel to ensure it can be cleaned in a single dishwash cycle.
@@NinjaKitchenUS Respectfully this response demonstrates that you do not have an understanding of this problem. It's wild that so many people have reported it on YT and on Reddit but you're still in the dark about it. The space where the food particles are being stuck is on the INSIDE of a lip that curves inward around where the container attaches to the Slushi. A dishwasher won't clean it.
Helpful video. Stupidly, I didn't know about the drip tray although it's written on there on a peelable sticker. I thought they meant the "other" clippable drip tray. Another great product from Ninja. They really do fantastic, functional design very well and this is my 5th Ninja product (coffee machine, blender, Thirsti, Foodi). I use the Slushi along with the Thirsti to create a variety of interesting tasting slushi's.

We solved that problem with a water pick.
Sounds concerning… but I would need a pic or video because I’m just not sure I’m following exactly WHERE this becomes an issue.
En mexico cuando estará a la venta?

60 minutes to make your favorite slush drinks. Another 60 minutes to clean it
Yes! It’s such a headache. One of the reasons I do use it as often as I’d like.

I'm guessing you eat with paper plates and plastic forks all the time because that's too hard to clean too😂
Takes less than 2 minutes 😂
How do we clean it if it is impossible to purchase? Ninja, sold out. Amazon, nope. Walmart, etc? NO.
