Hi Terry, thank you for the excellent and detailed review! Would you please do a test on Kef Q950? Kindly compare them or do a shootout? (With the new B&W 603) Thank you very much and really appreciate it!
I sampled these speakers recently in a dealer outlet with my amp, CD player and cables. The sound stage was spacious, transparent with the mids being detailed. The treble was neither bright nor harsh, but clear and detailed and well integrated as was the bass with the mids. I felt that the overall sound picture/stage was warm but probably veering towards neutral when compared to the Spendors which I didn't get on with at all. The bass can be tweeked to suit preferences and/or room characteristics. I would highly recommend them. The rule of thumb here is to spend roughly equivalent amounts of money on your main components.
Makes you wonder why you would pay 4 times as much for speakers; of course the excellent source components probably sound even better with far more expensive speakers but would it be be real value as this sounds excellent
that's how you feel until you put better speakers in go oh yeah that makes sense as to why they cost more. But for the money and where they sit in terms of things they are solid performers
Room sounds a bit acoustically dead. Assuming you are being recorded on the same microphones it sounds like you're in a sound booth, otherwise great, maybe lessen the sound absorbtion???
It is very much like that in here the room has a very low reverb but its balanced reverb control down to about 40hz ish. I have no desire to take any out I am not a fan of and an echoey reverby room in the main once your used to a room like this its then hard to adjust back
Planet!! What are you talking about... Earth is where we all live and there are planety of people who can afford this type of system and above. Plus what's the pont in running decent speakers on a shit setup.
Sounds like she’s performing in the room. Very clean warm sound. I’m sold!
Gracias por estas demostraciones, quedé alucinando.
Would love to hear the 702 S2’s
Very nice

@@PursuitPerfectSystem Thanks alot
I want a warm sound with high that aren't too bright, that don't hurt the ears. In your opinion, for people who heard them, does this qualify?
these are not bright or hard on the ears but they are not warm either they are more neutral focusing on transient clarity and overall clarity

I found speakers like these can make a lot of songs more listenable, not everything sounds great on speakers ten times the price.
Sounds like Tannoy Eclipse 3's big brother 🙂.
Хорошая акустика !
А танец был еще лучше ;))!

Lots of people have much better systems than this Jack
