Abandoned Burger King In Philadelphia, PA

This is the abandoned Burger King in Philadelphia, PA. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information on why or when it closed. However, looking at Street View from November 2019, it appears the interior is getting thrown out, as indicated by the commercial dumpster outside the property.

Thank you, Andy! It's been abandoned for 5 years, and it's in terrible shape. The city should demolish this building it's a safety hazard.

Wow. This is interesting! How did you recognize this was a Burger King? What's left of it doesn't look anything at all like a Burger king. Hope to see the Toys R Us in a future video. Thanks TeknBolt!

Hi Terri! I recognized it by the distinctive shape of the building, the metal awnings, and the red exterior wall. Unfortunately, there wasn't much left of the Toys R Us other than the sign. The black building you see in the video at 0:23 was the former Toys R Us, which became a buffet. I did manage to film the sign up close and part of the building, so I'll put together a short video of that in the future. Thanks again for watching and commenting, Terri!
