  • For those wanting more power and performance with their Harley-Davidson® Audio Powered by Rockford Fosgate® system, upgrading to the Stage III saddlebag 6x9" replacement speakers will provide better low-end bass.
    We'll walk you through the steps on how your Harley-Davidson dealer can upgrade these speakers, and take your 2023 CVO Road Glide & Street Glide to the next level in audio output.
    NOTE: Your local Authorized Harley-Davidson Dealer will need to perform a software update to unleash the full performance of your new Stage III speakers.

    I have a 2023 road glide cvo. Do you sell a stage 3 upgrade for the front speakers?

      Great model CVO! Yes, Harley-Davidson just released "kit" versions of our speakers that include speakers and grilles. You can see the Stage I and Stage II options in the "FITMENT area of our OEM AUDIO page: rockfordfosgate.com/products/system/factory-installed-systems/2024-h-d-road-glide-street-glide/

    Did the 23-24 cvo not already come with stage 3 saddlebag speakers? What are the difference between the two in wattage? 500w sufficient for the stage 3 or is it underpowered and stage 2 would be optimal?

      The 23-24 CVOs are equipped with Stage II 5x7" saddlebag speakers. The Stage III upgrade is a 6x9". Yes, 500W is plenty of power for both Stage II and Stage III systems. We demo the Stage III speakers at many bike rallys and riders that experience them are blown away by the lower frequency extension. Below I've highlighted the major differences and included a link to the product info with specs at the bottom of the page:
      Stage II (5x7")
      • 50 Hz - 20 kHz
      • 150W
      Stage III (6x9")
      • 38 Hz - 20 kHz
      • 200W

      @@rockfordfosgate Thank you so much for the response. I'm adding the Stage 3 saddlebag speaker to my 24 CVO Roadglide ST. Got the lids, wiring kit and stage 3 speakers ordered. The bike already comes with the 500W amp so I'm good. I can't wait to get the additional speakers installed.

    Do you have to upgrade the amplifier with the new speakers?

    • @rockfordfosgate
      @rockfordfosgate  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, the factory equipped 500W amplifier will definitely handle the 6x9" Stage III speaker upgrade and sound amazing! You will need to have your Harley-Davidson dealer flash the radio with new DSP settings to take advantage of the expanded frequency response.
