I think using Sleek Fire Ant Armor, individual pieces or full set, makes the corrosion more effective by making the enemy take more damage (since the description of corrosion says that they’re debuffed by acid.
Couldn't help but notice that for the testing the full FA with BA was faster then the full FA with SC and I'm wondering if you tested the SB with the mixed armour pieces? So going for MD, Tmite, FA with SB as your weapon instead? it definitely seems like more of a glass canon build since you won't be reducing her damage with blademaster or SC bonus but chopper will reduce her Armour so it becomes more of a race to who dies first.
Yeah i decided not to go for sour battle axe as technically its the best weapon for all bosses and considering its late game, i went with the next best weapon!
i keep watching various build videos and i swear people dont understand math. if you're going to use fire ant armor, you're better off using 2 pieces to get the proc better, which actually does way more damage than the venom. BEFORE resistances.. you'll get around 1035 damage if you keep the ant debuff for the fight (at the above time). the venom does around ~200. once you take into account her flat damage resistance.. the Venom ends up only being 4% of her total life.. whereas the ant buff is about 21%. the Ant buff is clearly more important to proc everyone keeps wanting to stack a Broodmother piece in a build and its just not necessary.
hey im sorry for asking but is there another armor piece that could replace the red ant helm and leggings? cause ive been getting pretty bad rng with getting the red ant parts :(
Its the fire ant helmet not the red ant helmet, not sure if i said it wrong in my video. Other option would be any high defence gear such as ladybug sleek
using giddy goop and termite chestplate against the broodmother is a bit over kill she is already the slowest enemy in the game i persenaly use full fire ant armor against all bosses the acidic splash procs really often and really helps with dealing a lot of damage but i do use giddy goop against the ibm not the chestplate just giddy goop
I did testings and this build is the fastest when it comes to killing the broodmother as slowing attacks make it easier for you to deal more damage before you get the damage reduced debuff from her screech.

Spicy coaltana is one of the worst tier 3 weapons in my opinion, other weapons you can use are black ant sword, termite axe down spicy path
