Good day. Ahem- "It is a good day for 40,000 subscribers!" screamed with pride by DrTopGun. Anyway, buddy, I love your collection. My young childhood and teenage basketball, baseball, football, and World Cup 94 cards, Marvel & DC Cards & Comics, a few Star Wars and Star Trek vintage toys (Kenner & Playmates), Sci-Fi novels, 80s & 90s Real Ghostbusters toys, Chuck Norris toys, GI Joes, and Transformers were stolen in my dad's residence... Anyhow, man, I got back to collecting a few years ago and with your videos I got motivated to start collecting a little more. Already, bud, I am getting a bit nostalgic. Also, I am a PC gamer and builder, and getting into Cyber. Anywho, thank you for your expo of your Nerdom Cave- It's freakin' awesome, and keep it going. 😁🤜🤛👍🤙🖖
We used to have the tick #1 , Boris the Bear, and Adolescent Radioactive Black belt hamsters. Sam Slade robo hunter, and giant sized mini comics. all good stuff.
To clean and fix old games unscrew it separate board use deoxit and magic eraser on the micro board eraser only on gold fins. And clean hard case with dawn dish soapy water and a tooth brush careful around stickers and rubbing alcohol works too.
I enjoyed the video but man you have a lot of stuff. Whenever I get the collecting bug- I'll look at your videos and say to myself don't start again. With that said, I'm glad you enjoy what you have and I"ll live vicariously through your stuff. :)
Ha ha. I know, but I'll be back at the flea markets in a couple of months buying more stuff I don't need. Maybe some day I will buy enough to fill the hole in my heart.....
Tom great game room tour. I also have a few Laser Disk but still no player. lol. The Mac Classic I used back in Jr. High School. I also played Sega Master System. I’m more of a video game collector but also collect Pez Coca Cola and anything Simpsons. If you ever want to make a trade or sell the 32x box let me know. I’d love to have one on display in my collection. Best wishes. The Germ
Sorry, no way I'm parting with that 32x box! You'll have to wait for my estate sale when I die. I'm trying to buy more video games and get some more old consoles. I actually have more than I showed, but they are buried somewhere in a storage unit. Thanks for watching!
@ it was so interesting I didn’t even notice the link. I was class of 93. We are the best generation in my opinion. Of course I was way more into She-Ra. I had everything that had to do with her.
Love your videos! I have a gaming cave if my own. I've been looking for an old 90's pc tower to build a sleeper pc. Would you be willing to part with any? Let me know! I'm pretty sure we live in the same area based on your other videos
Nice one Bud! Thanks for sharing. We all need our own 'Happy place' especially nowadays
We sure do! Thanks for watching!
hey Tom, cant wait to watch this!!! Heather from NJ
Good to hear! See you then!
Nice arcade room! Gauntlet games were quarter-munchers for sure with their high difficulty.
I would have to practice a lot get good at Gauntlet. I'll keep playing it though, especially when I can add unlimited quarters now!
Tom, this is really cool! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
The nerd cave! The 2nd most desired space I would want.
What's the first???
Thanks for the tour. I enjoyed seeing your collection and hearing the stories.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Tom, I thought you were pretty cool before knowing you had all this stuff, now I think you are a God. Thanks for the entertaining videos!
I wouldn't go that far. Maybe King of the Nerds?
Nice cave ! Thanks for the tour
Thanks for watching!
Very nice. Seems like an awesome place to chill
It's nice. There's not a single reminder in there of "real life".
Tom , thanks for bringing back some memories . our local Pizza Hut had a Gauntlet table that we played non stop .
Cool! I would love to have a Gauntlet cocktail arcade! Thanks for watching!
love every inch of this room haha. thanks for the extensive tour!
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching!
Can't stay to watch it live, but definitely coming back later 🎉🎉🎉 I've been waiting for this vid!
Thanks! I hope you like it.
That was super interesting!
I'm glad you thought so! Thanks!

Thanks! Glad you liked it! It's good to hear I'm not the only one out there that likes this stuff!
What a cool man cave!
Thanks!
My brother and I did a review of that voltron and yes they sold the lions separately and tons of voice clips it even recognizes what lion you connect.
Cool! I really want to put it on display, but it's SO big!
You're the guy getting to laserdiscs before me in Connecticut!
If I'm lucky! I barely run across laserdiscs anymore at flea markets!
We used to have the tick #1 , Boris the Bear, and Adolescent Radioactive Black belt hamsters. Sam Slade robo hunter, and giant sized mini comics. all good stuff.
I love the early Dark Horse stuff and all those weird independent comics from the 80s! Remember Megalith and the Revengers and Toy Boy?
Woo hoo, congrats on 40k! 🎉 This was fun to watch. And we have the same tin signs!
Thanks! The signs are definitely not rare, but I really do love them! Thanks for watching.

Thanks! I may try that.
Congratulations on your 40,000 subscribers we knew it could be done
Thanks! I still find it hard to believe. Now let's get to 50,000!

I know what you mean. I'm not quite a hoarder yet, but I'm getting there. I will know I've gone too far when a pile of toy boxes falls and crushes me.
Hey Tom, i see a lot of stuff in there you dont really need. Very cool
Ha ha. I know, but I'll be back at the flea markets in a couple of months buying more stuff I don't need. Maybe some day I will buy enough to fill the hole in my heart.....
48:25 Those glass monitor shields are definitely from Ninja Baseball Bat Man & Windjammers.
Thanks for the info!

@ well then i have to ask… when’s the estate sale? lol
I would love to have a room like that.
One of the benefits of not being married and having no kids.
@@fleabittenadventures True.
I think the first vintage video arcade game screen surround is from the Bally/Midway game 'Wizard of Wor". Not sure about the second.
Someone else was saying Ninja Baseball Bat Man and Windjammers. I'm not sure though. I'll have to look them up.
That Dell monitor would be good to watch vintage Dr. who on.
For sure! It's pretty old, but I think it was super high end when it came out in the early 2000's!
Spray some electrical contact cleaner in the battery contacts. Has worked for me a few times.
Thanks! I'll give it a try! I think his mechanicals need an overhaul though. His movements were getting kind of slow before he died.
Yay just came in. We are basically the same age so I love most of your stuff
Cool! The 70's and 80's were the best era! The early 90's weren't bad either...
@ it was so interesting I didn’t even notice the link. I was class of 93. We are the best generation in my opinion. Of course I was way more into She-Ra. I had everything that had to do with her.

Maybe, but you'd have to be local (CT or MA). I'm not going to ship any of them. I've had problems with that in the past. Thanks for watching!
Uncanny 129-139s is the dark phoenix saga and what's with the random shoe in the closet of commodores 😅
Ha ha! Well, where else am I going to put a random shoe?
Cozy cave 🛌
Sure is! Thanks for watching!
Zip drive... I used a zip drive until a brownout ate it. They weren't that great.
Yes, using Zip drives today shows that they aren't that great, but at the time, when you were used to floppy disks, they were amazing!
Have you got the spiderman game for the 32x?
No, I don't think so. The games are all in storage, but I don't think I had that one.
What’s your favorite video game genre Tom?
Definitely FPS. Boomer shooters as the kids call them.
Your computer build is so neat, I love a vintage sleeper. God I can just remember popping in 12 floppies to install a single game.
Yeah, that was fun! I have Windows 3.11 on something like 11 disks? The best part was when the disks would get corrupted.
