Hello do I need APS certitificate if I got full funding from Julich institute for PhD.
I have applied for APS certificate in May and got mail from them in June regarding sending them official Mail I'd of my University registrar which I have provided them but then there's no communication from their side even though I have asked my professor to mail them as I have received the offer letter and I have paid the enrollment fees, now how to get this APS certificate as need it during VISA interview

My college is an Autonomous institution and affiliated to pondicherry university which already H+ . And i have applied but pain on 19 june . Applied before 16 june
If applied before june 18th need not to worry you will get your certificate
I have my university listed in the H+/- status, so what can be done will i have to wait? Or what else can be done for getting my university in the H+ status in the anabin database?

And also I got an update from few of the agents who are connected with the private universities, they are saying that few of the private universities are changing there aps requirements after the new regulation update, please look into the matter if it's possible.

Bro I applied for my APS certificate on 8april and I received a call on 7 may and they told me to provide principal verification on letterhead. After that they told me to post. @@DerGermans my University is demanding 500 dollars for the verification of a email from APS while in the all universities verification is free. What can I do now is there any alternative way for verifying documents
