I built two 68 barracuda,s in the early 80,s a fastback 318 and a sport coupe little 273. Luckily back then these cars were still fresh with zero rust and no more than a door ding. Did a full rotisserie restoration. Really they should have been left as survivors. But we really didn't do that very much back then. Wish I still had them and many others.

my 70 Roadrunner tried to kill me , , , but I blew it up first . I gave it to my brother , , I didn't know how to engine swap at that time . beautiful sky blue , , , my fist car too .
At 26:54 there is an article about taking a car back to the roof and building everything else new. In the UK this would have to be reinspected by the DVLA and likely have a Q registration because it would not be considered enough of the original vehicle to be on the same original registration. Can anyone tell me what the rules are in the USA since radically rebuilding seems more common place.

Sounds like Mark needs a tracking system to keep track of all the builds and their timelines. Make sure it is available to everyone 24/7/365. 100% real time status so there are no surprises.
I also think that Mark needs to hire more people for each section to help with the process. More techs equal more work in less time.
