When your talking about the amount of money the client spends for the project what is included? Permits, labor, etc??

Bath counter has literally zero space but I like the shower
Shower is great. We put a lot of storage in the kitchen and the owner will end up putting in a Murphy bed for more space saving

Depends where. I like traveling on the 101, 405, 10 freeways

Have u ever done ADUs on a slope?
Hey Aileen, I have done 3 ADUs on hillside properties. It’s obviously much harder but if it’s not crazy slopes then it’s just a bit more grading

I am very confused man. You stated that this house is very dear to your heart. Did you purchase this house for yourself and your family that you converted this garage into an ADU later on in the video you said the homeowners the homeowners what are you talking about? What do you mean?
The House was purchased by my bother. My brother is the "HOMEOWNER" but it was a team effort
Love everything BUT the backsplash. The crooked lines of grout are driving me crazy. If I had paid for that work you can believe it would be torn down and redone.
