Clearly if sister was sincere the definition of kufr in fiqh is not same as the aqidah and the rulings are different also no one becomes kafir until he says an absolute statement like no i would not pray at all by even though god orders me to do so

Correction: A Muslim who does not pray is not a kafir but a bad Muslim, meaning if you pray and return to Allah (SWT), your previous sins of not praying will be forgiven. Of course, Allah knows best.

Don't say such things without knowledge brother the prophet pbuh said "العهد الذي بيننا وبينهم الصلاة فمن تركها فقد كفر" meaning the covenant that distinguishes between us and them is prayer so whoever leaves it is a kafir

لو كان كافرا حقيقة، لم يصح التزويج وهو الولي لأن الولاية ليس للكفار على المسلمين. ولكن في مذهب الشافعي، كفر تارك الصلاة لا يخرج عن الملة فالعقد صح وانتساب البنت الى ابيها صح.
الجهل والتكبر مثل هذا لا يقبل في الاسلام، لأن الناس جاءو لطلب العلم، أرى عن لا يأخذ العلم منه وأمثاله، هناك كثير من العلماء من هو أعلم وأحسن خلقا.
