    Grant Cardone and Gary Vaynerchuck talk building businesses
    Grant Cardone talks with Gary Vaynerchuk in today’s Power Players. Gary has built businesses his whole life. He grew his family’s wine business from $3 million to $60 million and started VaynerMedia, a social media focused digital shop that helps Fortune 500 brands tell their stories and drive their business results. Gary has written 3 NY Times Best Sellers and does the #askgaryvee show along with much, much more.
    In today’s episode, Gary talks about his upbringing coming to the States from Belarus and how entrepreneurship is in his DNA. Is entrepreneurship something in our DNA or is it something that must be trained? Gary hated college but was able to master Madden 94 along the way. He worked so hard in his 20’s that his one regret was that he didn’t spend more time with his friends. He tells Grant the best way to build wealth is to think long-term, not short-term. Gary also sincerely believes he works harder than anybody, and his goal is to do just that.

    When I first met Gary on instagram, I thought he is so fake, he talks really fast and basic things, the things I knew when I was just a kid. With the time past he just repeated this basic advice again and again, but with confident, he can't be fake he's just stays real to his believes. And the whole basic things is the key in life without complication. He's different and so fockin energized, he post content on instagram like every minute. Respect

      No I think the two just have different goals in their head. Grant is more of a straight business/money talk kind of guy who’s trying to fix peoples financial side(he’s very good at this area, probably the best) and Gary is more focused on changing peoples life’s in general, whether that be helping them get a larger salary with grind tips or helping them realize that what would truly make them more happy in life is taking a pay cut and spending more time with the kids and family.

    This is a much better interview than Tai Lopez. Gary V. gives actual content and actually answers questions -ie: I get 100k per speech, I made 17 mill this yr Gary V. makes financial success a lot more in reach- it's not how much you have, it's how you think about how much you have = Freedom.
    I like how Gary V. was not intimidated by Grant. My biggest take away is that life will be alright if I do not have as much money as Grant-without aiming low-but yet I MUST CONTINUALLY PUSH MYSELF (10X) TO WHAT I PERSONALLY AM CAPABLE OF. Made it out of the Rat Race (passive income greater than monthly expenses). New goal is to now grow what I do have by doing the multi-millionaire math. Just having a million is a little tight once you get there. Great video!

    I was in the same boat as Gary V brother. I used to work in retail banking and now I work from home making double my old salary working for a big govt defense contractor where we don’t work weekends and are off 2 Fridays out of every month.
    I still wake up on Saturdays forgetting that I don’t have to go to work then anymore. However, I’m 25 and hungry so instead of sleeping in and BS big around with these free time, I use it to build my side business so I’m 10 years I’ll be wealthy. I’m dropping a book soon as well. We are in the golden age folks, take advantage

    • @ThatThing1675
      @ThatThing1675 5 ปีที่แล้ว +30

      I'm not sure we are in a position to decide who works the hardest judged by average work hours per day. One thing is certain though even if Garry does outwork Elon. Garry's work, is more catered towards building his advertising brand, which I think we can all agree that we have enough of already. Elon on the other hand is doing something potentially lifechanging for every single human on the planet. I know Gary and Tony Robbins invest a lot into motivating and helping people psychologically get where they wanna get but not everybody can be millionares, on the other hand Musk's efforts are directly related to the future life standard of every being on this planet, so yeah I wish they were more like him.
