Hello everyone, this video was extremely fun to make, I was really looking forward to ranking every single shifter in the series and I believe you will find my list, if not agreeable, then definitely reasonable based on how the ranking was made! I hope you all enjoy it and let me know what your list would be if you have one. I'm really interested!
In case anyone forgot the names let me name the characters for you and this is not the order of my list either!

I hope you guys enjoy this ranking! I was super excited to make this one, it took awhile to research and make placements but I truly enjoyed every moment making this project!. Soory it took so long to get this video out, I actually lost part of the project and had to start over from quite a far distance but ENJOY and I got something SPECIAL in the works along with the Beast Titan explained video that's in the works! :D Let me know if you guys agree with this list and if not then show me your list, I'm really interested to see what everyone would place these shifters!
Glad to see Porco and Pieck (my favourites) so high up
Porco and Pieck are actually top tier in terms of capability IMO they def deserved to be up there in ranking for sure!

Normally Pieck and her cart titan are placed towards the bottom of lists like these. I love and agree with the argument you gave for her, but I think she should be a few positions lower given ONLY those.
However, you forgot to include two of her strongest battle attributes that aren’t fully realized until the final battle of the series. First, the cart titan has the second strongest bite out of all, behind the jaw. Most important, Pieck has the ability to transform into her titan… hundreds of times in sequence, much better than Eren’s three transformations in a row.
Given all that, I think she definitely deserves and fits her spot at #6.
I should’ve included those feats! Honestly I think I was just so impressed by Eren and how much Porco gassed him up during that Liberio raid when researching for this video that I kind of glossed over those facts about Pieck but that’s definitely important for sure, I probably actually had those in mind but got lost in the reading tbh 😂 I honestly knew going in I was going to place Pieck high regardless, she’s just so good but underrated just because people think her titan is ugly tbh. Def one of Marleys best assets, especially when it comes to intelligence

Thank you! I look at the found sort of like that avatar state. I think the next inheritor would always be more powerful, especially when it’s shown that Eren was able to summon PAST TITAN SHIFTERS! That was just crazy to me honestly but even without that, Eren is just insane period and has done some actual crazy things like idk what’s in that man’s dna. I think it’s just a Jaeger thing 😂

Also about the battle on paradise port Reiner only got destroyed because he protected Annie from her inexperienced self with thunderspears . She also got her hand destroyed because she protected the engineers but ultimately she was less useful than Reiner in this specific occasion

I'm the BIGGEST Ymir simp ngl and I wanted to put Marcel above her but I just couldn't justify it when he was a military trained soldier that I'm sure trained with their titan and on top of that, took down an ENTIRE NATION but couldn't transform in time before getting eaten by a titan. IDK, I feel like you could argue both points and depending on how you look at both characters that they're interchangable but maybe that Ymir bias came in a little bit lmfao and No problem! :D was really fun to make glad you enjoyed it!
Ngl I agree. Despite having the Jaw titan for a long period of time, Ymir is still inexperienced since its unlikely she got to transform at all after she began living in the walls. Coupled with Marcel's training and Ymir's lack thereof, Marcel was most likely a more capable titan shifter than Ymir.

Nah my list is valid! 😂 and Eren is definitely number 1 by far, I think you’d have to be insane if you think Ymir is number one considering everything Eren has done with the founder and I’m one of the believers that will confidently say I don’t disagree with what Eren did. From a narrative perspective if he didn’t do what he did it just wouldn’t make sense and from a logical perspective I just can’t see anyone being able to stand by and let your people be wiped out. That’s an opinion that would literally get your head bitten off in this community but I’ve always stood by that
I feel like you placed Ymir and Marcel too low. Grisha, Eren Kruger, and Uri all rarely used their actual titans, compared to Ymir and Marcel who actually used them more than once or twice, would make Ymir and Marcel higher on this list. I’d give the edge to Marcel easily as while we lack as many feats, he had Warrior training, meaning he was out the gate strong.
Personally, here’s the ranking for me. And manga spoilers ahead.
20. Tom Ksaver. By his own admission, he’s weak.
19. Rod and Uri’s Father. Same reasoning as the video.
17. Eren Kruger. He’s this low down because he has no feats. The only time he ever shifted he just did it to break the boat and kill Marley guards, and that’s really nothing.
17. Frieda Reiss. She’s this low down because she had very little time presumably to use the Titan powers and never shifted until Grisha.
16. Grisha Jaeger. He has transformed twice, once to run back to the walls and another to fight Frieda. Nothing impressive really.
15. Uri Reiss. His scaling to Kenny doesn’t make sense given that it wasn’t really a fight and Kenny was caught off guard by the guy turning into a Titan. Still the blocking the knife is the only other feat we have so here seems fine.
14. Ymir. She’s up here because she actually has feats we can go off of. In terms of prior training she has none, but she was well versed using the Jaw.
13. Marcel Galliard. He’s above Ymir because, while he lacks much of what we see of him using the Jaw, he had Warrior training, which I believe always gives a boost in these sorts of rankings as they’re made to prepare someone to use a Titan.
12. Falco Grice. Why’s he so far up? Because feats and warrior training. Sure he’s very new as most others are, but the inexperience gets balanced out by his Warrior training. Why is he higher than Marcel and Ymir though? Because of the bird flying form. He was able to dodge a ton of Warhammer Titans shooting arrows at him. That feat alone put him this high, because being able to fly cannot be easy, and he was performing complicated maneuvers on his first (and last) go around.
11. Armin Arlert. I do agree with this placement. He’s got the strongest Titan physically, but his nature REALLY holds him back.
10. Bertholdt Hoover. Why is he this low? He’s too passive. He’s not like Armin being passive, but he takes no action mostly. And he only became more willing to action right before he died.
9. Porco Galliard. Why here? Well, Porco was MADE for the Armored. But, ended up getting the Jaw, a Titan horrible for taking hits. Porco has feats, but he ends up getting screwed over by his own nature. But he isn’t weak by any means, he’s still quite strong, but just would’ve been stronger had he gotten the Armored.
8. Pieck Finger. Pieck’s Titan is weak, yes. Aside from the bite being quite strong and being able to consecutively transform hundreds of times, it is weak. Pieck is a very capable user of the Cart however, and paired with a form of artillery on her back, she’s quite capable so long as the guys manning the guns can hit their shots. She is an amazing support unit to have on your side.
7. Annie Leonhart. Annie is extremely skilled with her Titan, yes. However, she was in a crystal for years, as well as barely being able to use her Titan during her time blending in training with the rest of the 104th Cadets. She’s not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but she ends up losing a lot of points for barely getting chances to use her Titan.
6. Reiner Braun. Why is Reiner so high, despite being a bad warrior and having a bad Titan? Well, his Titan isn’t bad, and through how much he used his Titan, I feel like he earned his spot here. He was rather equal to Annie when they were fighting Jaegerists, so there’s that. But he’s also an MVP, as he goes in to take hits that no other Titan could survive, even against Anti-Titan weapons like advanced cannons and Thunder Spears. Sure, his Titan is most effected by advancements in technology, and he started bad. But through constant use of the Titan and generally becoming rather experience, Reiner I believe proved himself to be one of the most capable shifters, despite starting out as a pity choice.
5. Lara Tybur. It cannot be understated how absolutely cracked Lara was. We only ever saw her shift once, but it’s clear she’s experienced. While Eren only could make spikes with the Warhammer due to only having it for a month, Lara was making weapons like hammer, whips, swords and even a crossbow, which is insane. And also, the cord isn’t exactly how all Warhammer’s function I’d assume. Eren didn’t have a cord when he shifted to fight Marley invading Paradis. She was easily able to beat Eren 1v1 with some Marley help. But her lack of feats puts her here.
4. Zeke Jaeger. Zeke is often seen as sorta a joke when Levi cuts him up. But when Levi’s out of the picture Zeke is terrifying. His arm is that of an artillery cannon, easily breaking most types of hardening like the Armored Titan’s armor. Up close we don’t see much, but it’s safe to say he has some tricks up his sleeve for close quarters combat, like swinging the fists around like a flail by hardening the fists. And of course, the roar. It does require set up but it is devastating. Zeke’s appearance shifts the tides of battle in any conflict he’s present in.
3. King Fritz. He had the full power of the Founder, but was passive. Still, the pure power of the Founder is crazy.
2. Ymir Fritz. The first Titan, and the second strongest. Her power is unsurpassable by all but one of course.
1. Eren Jaeger. Yeah. Let alone when he has full power of the Founder, Eren is just a beast in combat. With both the skill he possess, the Warhammer Titan’s abilities, and his general aptitude for fighting, Eren was likely the strongest Attack Titan in history even without the Founder and Warhammer buffs.
One thing about Uri defeating Kenny, Kenny didn't have Odm gear therefore had No Way of combating a Titan shifter
I honestly wouldn't put Porco as high Due to him being a bit rash sometimes and rushing into Attacks.
i would put the unbound Founder Ymir at number 1. her ability to summon multiple intelligent titans is unmatched. imagine having to face multiple copies of the 9 all at once... and she doesn't even have to be in her titan form. also, since she's exists in the Path, good luck trying to kill her.
If we're doing Manga territory Then Reiner should scale higher as he fights off Multiple Titan shifters of the past and Holds back the hallucinogenia, the giant worm thing. And He's definitely Stronger than Porco though maybe less skilled. Reason being In their fight against Eren he was more of an Mvp and fared a lot better in that fight And I disagree saying Eren won that fight as he really didn't and Had to get help from Zeke in order to give him Time to reach him and use the founder like Reiner pinned Eren. Down And despite what you think He wouldn't of gotten free without Zeke. So Reiner definitely has some good feats that should place him above Shifters like Porco at least. Though this is more skill based and not Overall Power as Reiner more leans on His strength and Durability to overwhelm his opponents.
I think Armin is probably ranked too low. He definately suffers due to lack of seeing him use the Titan, but when he does use it, he uses exceptionally well. His nuke explosion of the port actually show better usage the Berthold, if you compare. Bert was meant to do a similar thing in the season 3 arc, but when he went boom it was far, far less devastating.
Ultimately, the Collosal is something that has to be used with extreme care. He can't transform on a whim because of the sheer devastation that will be wrought. Armin says he can't control it well... but Armin always says his not very good. Even controlled, a titan that size is going to cause so much destruction, theres very few place he could ever use it. Raid on Libero and the end game are really the only places he can.
It’s fair to say that under the circumstances Armin just couldn’t use the colossal or that he couldn’t use it at freely as Bert due to certain restrictions.
That doesn’t take away that ain’t the end of the day it just gives him less feats compared to Bert because he could use it more freely.
I will say Armin’s explosion does seem more devastating than Bert’s but you also have to remember that he was conflicted in shiganshina. Even when he had “resolve” to kill everyone, he still thought of them as his friends and didn’t really want to kill them. It was false confidence and I actually talk about that in my colossal titan video.

Armins Port feat is the second most devastatingly powerful titan feat we have witnessed in the show, second only to the rumbling.
Its absolutely dwarves anything Bert ever did.
Whilst your point regarding Bert maybe holding back power is fair.. to use your own point.... it doesn't change the fact we really never see him do anything super impressive with his titan.
He knocks a couple of holes in a couple of walls. Blows up a few dozen buildings and a scout squad. Emits some stream to keep people away.
Armin devastates a couple of city blocks, an entire port, 30k military personal and their ships which I imagine are in the hundreds given the 30k troops on board.

Was the attack titans ability to see the memories of it users past and present or was it just made to appear that way by Eren. I like to think with the founders full power he planned out shipping the right titans to his past self before he was born yet. Millions of lifetimes of planning
Ymirs stronger then eren dont even go their and also eren still had the attack and founding titan during trost before he transformed sooo well excluding that has every titan she could remove erens powers or unleahs her own rumbling like how do people not realize that?
The point is she does possess all the power, she just refuses to use it to its full extent. The Founding Titan was only ever used to its full potential with Eren. Although like I said in the video, it's used through Ymir herself, only by Eren convincing her to make a choice did she give him the ability to use the Founders Powers the way he did

Nothing can beat plot armour titan, his aura alone can protect all the alliance member except the one that decides to take suicide route to make themselves cool. Jesus his aora even can save his mother and Annie mother from rumbling.
Only batman plot armour can beat him.
I think that Reiner never had a clear 1v1 because outside factor always played a big role. (Mikasa and Bert , thunder spears , yeagarists,pieck and magath, galliard ,Zeke etc ) so Reiner was not such of a looser like everyone portrait him to be . Also the punch in his last battle with eren was not actually fake . Eren just had insane reflexes to escape from his trapped and destroyed titan . Because we saw that Reiner was easily able to get freed from this crystallising trap and would have caught eren if jean and Connie didn't save him .
Overall a great video yet again we respect all your hard work to present this excellent edit and scripts . Thanks for everything ☺️

Thanks for the compliment! I personally couldn’t put Ymir above Eren because she doesn’t really use her power according to what she wants to do but the way she is commanded by king fritz and Eren over all has a better display of power with the founder. As far as other founders, they definitely would’ve been up there if they weren’t hindered by the vow renouncing war but I can understand your list for sure. Very interesting placements
