@@protorhinocerator142 If you're talking about the eyes, they are probably projected from the gap at the bottom of the windshield. At first, I thought they might be a part of the windshield itself but, as they pass by, they can't be seen from the inside. That or the voodoo thing you mentioned.
Wow, and Wow ! as fan of the 1st cars movie, what a schock to see all in scale 1 ! my surprise, how cars can be so realistic ? mouth is moving, wheels too ? ok for eyes it's screens inside windshield....too far to taste it, so many thanks for sharing : )

@toysoldiernostalgia Yes, it's incredible. The large car models are actually there, they're as real as the cars you sit in when riding. Absolutely no idea how they get them moving and talking the way they do, it's amazing!

I am usually scared of coasters and I was not scared of this at all when riding it. Sitting in the back does help
@mguymario It doesn't feel like a coaster, even though it's pretty fast. It's definitely a ride for everyone to enjoy 🙂

It's ok, out of all the times I've ridden this ride I've never been in the winning car either!
Personally, the first time coming around the corner as the music swells and you see the waterfall was a special Disney moment for me. I still rave about it!
The music is perfect, it fits the attraction so well.

This is made just like Test trek at the Epcot center in Orlando Florida

Pretty much. It's like riding a giant Scalextric 😁
Yes, I think, it's a very safe way of doing this. They could build it as a roller coaster or as slot cars. So they made it like slot cars, that's closer to the car theme.
And maybe they decided, that it looks like slot cars, they couldn't avoid that look, so they just emphasized it, they made it look like slot cars even more! Great choice!
And in detail it looks like the cars have front and rear wheel steering. I would expect front wheel steering only, but near the end we see the rear wheel of the car in front is really steering as it moves along.
So they can make this tight fit at the exit and entrance section.
And they have switches, they obviously can rotate curves that are in a circular cutout. Rotate that nearly 180 degrees and the curve goes the other way left or right... A clever design. So they can make two lanes for the race and combine them back to one lane. And it looks as if they have two lanes at the exit and entry if needed. More cars on the tracks, more money, shorter waiting time ;-)

You don't have to if you don't want to. The park has many other rides and attractions on offer if this one isn't for you 🙂 You can also purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass if you want to bypass the standard line. We were on and off in 15 - 20 minutes.

Thank God I was one of the lucky ones who got to experience Disneyland when prices were reasonable, lines were short, rides were long, and zero woke! You couldn't pay me to go there now.
@Foxtrot1967 It is sadly getting extremely expensive. People seem happy to pay it, though. The parks always feel like they're packed to capacity.
