I wish I had half the stock in your stockpile ! You always seem to have a lot of good quality bar stock lying around. Makes me think you might work in a machinery/ machining environment. Are you a machinist for your day job ? Very talented guy !
How long do you think those springs are going to last. There should be a brass or better yet a bronze (cup) for the ball to ride in then the spring up against the cup. You got it half right.
Why didn't you use grub screws as a method of backing up the springs & ball bearings? Glad to see you you gave some protection from damage in your vyce.
I am amazed at how fast axial turning is versus linear turning when removing a large amount of stock. Please tell me how long a single axial cut in this video takes. It's difficult to tell from how fast the video is sped up. Also, what is the depth of the cut? Thanks. Love your work.
*Good idea, maybe the springs will wear a bit early with the ball bearing spinning against them so adding a washer between the spring and ball bearing maybe help it last much longer?...*
If i understand correctly, this tool is made for clean metal finish, isn't it ? Anyway, great job ! Self handmade creations are so cool, even with the use of tools !
Good idea but if I put a little extra time into machining a really nice finish in the first place, it would amount to less time than building a tool to improve the finish 😂

SENSACIONAL AMIGO! FERRAMENTA MUITO ESPECIAL PARA POLIMENTOS.👍👍👍👍👊👊💫💫
It is like shaving down an entire tree to make one toothpick.
Welcome!

Time will tell, we may have to refine it or leave it as it is! Welcome!
This is already a thing. It's - not only been patented - but patented so long ago that the patent is now expired.
🙂😆😄
Why didn't you just make the body thick enough to use standard set screws instead of wasting time making them?
Welcome!
It’s not a waste of time, if you enjoy what you’re doing
Gracias por sus enseñanzas, un saludo desde Cuba 🇨🇺
¡Gracias amigo y bienvenido!

That was the idea, my friend! Welcome!
That is an interesting idea! Thank you for sharing
Thank you and welcome!
Very good work!
Clever! You never fail to amaze me with your ingenuity and ideas....
Thank you very much and welcome🙏

Cool idea my friend❤❤❤
Thank you very much bro🙂

Très bonne idée !!! 👍👍👍
Thanks, bro!
Cool idea.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, man!
Beautifully done, love your videos some very inspiring all very interesting.
Thank you very much and welcome👍🤝🙏
I like that idea. I do similar to stuff on the lathe.
Thank you very much and welcome🙂
Good work😊
Thank you so much!

Very nice but didn't the beatrings get cooked along the way there?
WHAT IS THIS TOOL CALLED
👍 super
Cool Idea!!!!!!
Thanks😉
Just copied all the others on TH-cam. Patent someone else's Idea 😮 no, post original stuff please.
@@marley589 The idea is not mine, but the development and refinement of the design is mine! Welcome!
Bravo❤
Thank you very much and welcome🙏

Welcome🙂
SUPER. !!!!!!!!!!
Thanks, bro😉
I like the idea 👀🙏🎇
Thank you😉
👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you so much🙏
Blue chips means proper cutting speed. The chips are taking heat away from the work.
Excellent job.
Thank you very much my friend and welcome!
Blue chips means you dont use refrigerant 😂 and is bad 🤦
Cela me rappelle mon métier de tourneur 😊
Thank you very much and welcome👍
I always enjoy your videos , even the ones where you improve on someone else’s design .👍 !
Yes this is not my idea, but I made the design my own, simpler! Thanks my friend!
Great idea. If I make one, I’ll use in my lathe, I don’t have a mill yet.
👍👍👍
Il refrigerante è un opzionale per questo bravo tornitore, non lo usa mai
More simple to use sandpaper🙂
Thank you very much for watching and welcome my friend😉
La machine a des limites, l'imagination n'a pas de limite.
Ese es mi oficio por 40 años tiene mucho talento muy buen tornero
Thank you very much, my friend🙂
It's cool
Thank you😉
good job, nice work git yourself a clamp-style knurler. I won't go back to a bump-style
Maybe a genius idea the first several times I saw it on TH-cam…
Dann patentiere sie doch! Mach!
Thank you very much and welcome!
Anyway, you don't need to tighten all three lathe screws... Just tighten one of them.
How about paying more attention to your turning skills?
so... what is it
This is a fixture for polishing the surface of parts and workpieces!
Too late, you missed the boat.
Why don’t you patent this? Brilliant idea!
Thank you very much and welcome🙂
Toll und was ist an 99% Zerspanung jetzt so interessant?
Szép munka barátom
Thank you my friend! Welcome!
Please. I did this in high school metal shop 45 years ago
Well, it gave you something to do......
Welcome!
Unfortunately, once you show something to the world, you can't patent it...
Why not? Isn’t this proof that it’s his idea?
@@ScottJenkinsStoryteller Just how it is & he could have nicked this idea from someone else!

Ja patentieren , damit es nur du herstellen darfst gell ❗
Welcome!
patentieren ? nach dem Video (Veröffentlichung) wohl nicht mehr möglich sowas solltest du schon vorher machen
Thank you my friend and welcome🙏
Őtletet nem lehet szabadalmaztatni ! Csak találmányt !!

No overview?!?! No narration?!?!
Welcome!
Implemented in every city? For what? What does this thing even accomplish?
👍🏻
That face burnisher is not going to hold flatness very well.....
Welcome!
İ lost munites.
Why ?
??? I didn't understand what is this finally...
Friction polishing nozzle for surface polishing😉
j'ai rien compris
And the point of the dodgy knurling?
Why? Waste of valuable resources
Because hes an hobbist, so he need to waste money to create something worse then things already avaible on the market 😂
Tôi ko biết làm vậy để làm chi tại sao ko😂 đi mài mặt phẳng vừa chính xác cao vừa đẹp.Một công cụ chẳng hữu ích gì

Moletage pas terrible
Tout ça pour faire un outil inutile
This is a very useful tool! Welcome!

Burnishing tools were patented a long time ago .
It's a burnishing tool and they've been patented and around for a very long time.
Hai inventato l'acqua calda e hai sprecato un blocco d ' acciaio.....
