I love that big huge open plan that I can design with furniture any way I want it. There is so much you can do with this one! I can see where you can put a cabinet where that quilt stand is to be an extra pantry. I love the wood cabinets throughout. I definitely appreciate you showing such a wide variety for us to know all of our options. And THANK YOU for not putting the master closet inside the bathroom! I don’t want the humidity from the shower getting in my closet. I’ve seen too many homes that do that. Also, I like that one of the bathrooms has a tub.

When you first walk up, on the outside it looks like every other single wide mfg. home. The inside on the other hand, nice wood accents, it has sheetrock instead of the typical panels. It looks like a really nice ranch style home. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is just perfect.
The exterior is simple - but the interior is top flight! RRC is right on trend for pricing, value still sells. There are boutique tiny homes under 400 sq. ft. priced like this - those buyers would be much better off with the Sintra.

Inside is nice but it would have been nicer to balance home size with larger windows in the living room. This style home reminds me of the older model mobile home; It's cheap looking outside. Maybe double glass door entry with glass side panels would beef up the front.😅

This home gives you real wood cabinets, upgraded flooring and drywall for an affordable price. For those complaining about the lack of windows you can always pay to add additional windows in. I've seen single wide homes cheaper than this price and they look cheap. The countertops, cabinets, flooring etc just cheap looking. If I were to purchase this model I'd simply enlarge the window in the guest room, I'd also add a transom window in the main bedroom, I'd take away the wood accent in the livingroom because I'd put my couch, sectional against the wall so it faced the kitchen. I'd also add a french door in the kitchen area and I'd put a deck there. Also like Mr. Tiny said there isn't a porch on the front to keep the cost down, I'd also add a front porch. This is a great model. I wonder if they could do this in a double wide and make it cost effective.
This home is beautiful. I love the ceiling and the accent wall as you enter! You would have to build a porch onto this house to make it look complete. And some nice landscaping!! I really like everything about this house. Wished you weren’t in Texas but in Pa Mr Tiny. Lol.
Overall it's a good design, one of the better ones I've seen for a 2/2. I'd add a window in the front hall for the sake of curb appeal on the entry side.

😊 Yessss....you can have them to add windows. Of course it will most likely be extra. But if you know someone that does contractor work you can ask Mr. Tiny what the cost would be and ask a contractor what the cost would be and go with the best deal for you. 😊

Not every house is for everybody. This is beautiful with the copper roof with the wood around the front door. Would look awesome with some copper colored skirting. And maybe brought inside a little with copper metallic paint on a statement wall and maybe copper (colored, not real) fixtures. And then maybe... sorry, I got carried away.
I wasn't expecting that on the inside, it's beautiful and spacious. But the guest bedroom needs a window looking towards the front of the home. 🪟 to balance it out. And yes Id have to agree with the comment that suggested a larger front entry. Of course it needs a front & rear porch to finish the home! 🩶

I like this model. The wood touch is just the right amount, the white walls tone it down. Open layout and nice sized bedrooms.
I like the bedrooms being on opposite ends & each with a bathroom.
I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. This would be a great starter home for someone or for someone who wants to downsize.❤❤❤
