Arnold, I saw your video where you share the thoughts that it's good to be surrounded by people. You are my idol, but my #1 idol was always the T-800. I never had close friends or anyone to disrupt my mission or give me love, except my parents. I relate to the T-800 standing still all through the night, until it changes into the day in "Terminator 2" very close. You happened to be much more humane, even having played in T-2, than I am. I wish me the future joy of finding consolation in human interactions, and I'm wishing you to be able to do without them any time you want, like a "Saibenetik Oganizm". Much rorbot love!

A great life lesson that comes from the simplest things. You just have to see it, and appreciate it, to get something meaningful out of the little things.

If you want to make this book a true success talk about the things that you don't want to talk about like your true father (Joe Weider) and the relationship you had with him, how you fouled up with the house mate and how the relationships between all your kids are now including with Maria. Unfortunately you are not going to live forever and when you are gone all these true and unique stories will be gone with you.

I listened took the book during my workouts and runs - absolutely enjoyed! I am listening to it again, except now when I pick up my 12 hrs old daughter and friends from school. I believe it will benefit them - they are enjoying it as well!
I bought the audiobook. While some of his rules are fairly obvious, his narration and examples from his own life add a lot of weight. What I advice any potential reader is to take your time with each chapter and write down what resonates for you and how you can apply it to your own life. It's great to listen to these kinds of books but they're ultimately useless if you don't translate their knowledge to your own life. That's the hard (and ultimately fulfilling) part of growing. The questions that come out of this book can be pretty difficult to answer right away. "What is your big vision for your life?" to name just one. Take your time, discuss it with others, learn about yourself. Be disciplined but don't be too hard on yourself. For myself I can say that this book motivated me further to grow and develop my own vision. This book can be a help but you need to be willing to work for it.
Just saying I’m reading the book now im just reaching chapter 3 and it is amazing it’s helping me so much not just because it the book I’ve used to help me learn to read a lot better but I’ve never really read a book before it’s opening my eyes to what I want not just a vision of a few things I have tunnel vision on one thing and one journey so I just want to say thankyou
