I had a parakeet get outside yrs ago. Didn't think I would ever see it again, but a friend of ours had a neighbor tell them a parakeet flew into their house. She knew we had one & called my brother. He went over to her neighbors & called my parakeet by name & it flew to him & brought the parakeet back home.

What a sweet voice he does, my neighbors lost theirs and went outside for days calling his name but never found him

Ohh I Hope they take it Inside & give it some Seeds or whatever they Eat, then try to Find it’s Owner… If they can’t, then Keep it or find it a Good Home but seems to like her. Beautiful Bird!

Maybe it's not a pet cockatoo maybe it just visited somebody who fed him and they taught him to talk a little bit.
