We tried to give you additional information about so you can better understand what did driver do wrong.
Here you can learn about consequences of bad driving/driving fails so you can educate yourself and be a better driver.
I edit the raw footage (I need a couple of days for every video I make),I add the location of the incident, I add arrows that follow cars to make the situation easier to be seen. I zoom in and out so everyone can see the action and many other things.

1:35 another cammer who assumes that oncoming traffic is going to stop, even if they both have yellow light. Cammer should know better, and he should have waited for his green light.
He could also clear an intersection on a red light if he was already there waiting his turn

I count two people that didn't slow down/stop at a yellow light. An impending red doesn't eliminate the law that you must still yield for traffic going straight.
1:34: A yellow light is not a green arrow to turn left. Through traffic has the right-of-way, and you failed to yield.
I'm shocked how many people turning left on an unprotected light think they have a magical right of way to drive through cars and pedestrians.

seriously. most states it's perfectly legal to sit there until to know everyone stopped and complete that turn on red if you're already in the intersection.

Like we don't see people rushing yellow every single day, and in every single dashcam video channel. It's obvious that car wasn't going to stop. This is your typical "I think I have the right of way so I'll force it, have a crash, have to deal with cops, insurance, repairs, no car for a while, possible injury.. but I had right of way dammit!"
Even though just simply being the better person and pausing a few seconds would have saved all the hassle.
Then of course put the video up on youtube, because why keep dumbassery to yourself... spread the lurve.
It is illegal to stop within an intersection, and he never had right of way, so the accident is entirely his fault. The entitlement of the cam car is what is wrong with the world these days!

and if you look closely, you can see the cammer actually start drifting towards the blue Ford. So instead of braking like any other normal human would do, he decides he wants to try to PIT maneuver the blue Ford. Sartoaj shouldn't even be allowed to drive bumper cars at their local carnival, let alone be on the road with people.
And to think if he succeeded in the pit his sorry ass ego would have put the lives of those workers at risk. He is an absolute POS.

@@uchwuzhere He wasn't drifting towards them, he was clearing the cones on the right, which are further out into the road than the parked vehicles he was passing prior.
Obviously, he failed to realise he has to avoid things on his left, too..

@@jonathanswoboda it may not have been legally their fault, but the cammer could have easily avoided both accidents. Instead they made sure the accident happened.
First one was not his fault technically, but easily avoidable. Second one is absolutely cammer's fault. Can't cry brake check when you're half an inch from their bumper intentionally. And he knows it because he turns comments off on his dashcam clips.

Assumption on your part, a fairly valid one given people these days, but an assumption none the less.
At least, to both their credit, they stayed calm and civil and the first thing they both did was ask if they were OK. Compared to the usual interactions, I see that as a positive.
She probably got all sobby with the officer and got herself out of a ticket, because of her age...
White car had right of way, you were still turning making it your responsibility to make.sure it was clear to do so.
Clips 2 and 3 I don't believe anything he said. He deliberately caused each of those accidents and needs his license revoked
Clip 3 says "dumbass tries to commit insurance fraud." Cammer was talking about themselves.
glad I'm not the only one that thought this. if there was a third clip, the driver would have "smelled of cocaine" most likely.

@1:28, how many times will people not learn that just because the light is changing Yellow doesn't make your turning left have the right-of-way? Especially if there are still cars coming in the opposite direction.

2:35 When towing backwards, that steering wheel needs to be tied to allow zero movement. This one is tied to allow probably a quarter turn or more, and it's oscillating within that range. It's a good thing they were never able to get it up to speed.

@@DS-lt7fw No excuse, still the responsibility of the tow operator. They were driving a very long way with the towed vehicle bouncing around, didn't stop until after the tyre blew.
@@iffracem If you look at the condition of the tire when it comes off that was probably the reason it was in tow (improperly, at that). Thought they could avoid the thousand+ dollars it would cost for a mobile tire mechanic to come change it... and failed, miserably.
@@amzarnacht6710 It's probably a retread, they don't last very long when they peel off the rim like that. And they will peel that way very quickly when the truck is oscillating.

Don't honk to show your frustration, don't roll down your window to engage, if someone is tailgating, just slow down a bit and they will go around you eventually - don't retaliate. So many of these confrontations can be avoided by not using the horn. Let idiots drive idiotically. Honking your horn at them is not going to change that, but it could result in road rage.

The very last video that shows 3 accident involvements, that doesn't mean they were when the driver owned the car. It also shows three sales, so the accidents could have been from previous owners.
1:52 you blocked their right of way. Don’t turn on a yellow if oncoming traffic is coming. Don’t expect them to use common sense. Sit in the intersection until it turns red and oncoming traffic has come to a complete stop and then finish turning, it’s legal to do this btw.

It beats me the number of people who just don't look ahead of them. So many of these, you can see that the car ahead or in the next lane is likely to slow or merge into your lane and merely lifting off the accelerator pedal will permit them to do so with no harm to anyone, or, like at1:40, if they were to just check that there's going to be no conflicting traffic before turning, even if they *do* legally have the right to proceed

1:28 Green means GO. Yellow means GO FASTER. Red means STOP, but that does not apply to the first 5 cars through the red light. This is not the law, just how people drive in the Albuquerque area.

There three very basic things one must learn in driving a motor vehicle IMO.
1- become proficient in being able to physically handle the machine . every movement should be effortless and done without thinking .
2 - Always assume that ALL of the drivers you encounter from moment to moment ARE going to make a mistake . this is also known as Defensive Driving . master that and you will minimize potential danger to a minimum .
3- KNOW the rules/ laws of the road and OBEY them .

He could proceed with the left turn even if it turned red if he was in the middle of the intersection already preparing to turn. 7:16 Being a 2019 Hyundai Kona, it is a blacklisted vehicle that many insurance companies won’t insure. Weirdly my insurance has a question on quoting a new vehicle, asking do you own any KIA or Hyundai vehicles. I am assuming the rate will be through the roof if you find an insurer. So I would bet that vehicle is likely uninsured.
Kia and Hyundai vehicles had a problem with being easily stolen, due to the fact that thieves could pry off the steering column cover, and use a USB cord to plug into the port and turn the ignition on and drive away, without using a key. I learned about that on the "Live on Patrol" YT stream a while back. The companies have come out with a fix for that, but they are still stolen a lot - hence the insurance companies' reluctance to insure them, or possibly higher rates for them. At one point, several were being stolen per day in the Saint Paul MN area!
