I think two of the best changes between season 1 and the rest of the show was the removal of background music and the attention to detail regarding using gloves when handling guns. The removal of the music makes it seem more real. Like if we are staring through a window into their lives. There was background music in the other season but its at least coming from a car stereo, inside a restaurant , tv , etc., the only exception that comes to mind is when Tony B kills Joey Peeps and hits two silicon bags that were sitting on his passenger seat, might have been more but that's the only other scene I remember
The lack of deliberate background music is also a defining feature of The Wire. IIRC The Wire only had one or two early scenes with background music. Beyond that, all of the music in the show is environmental or ambient, also lending a "real life window" effect as with the Sopranos. Cool detail.
The show never really got better when it came to DNA evidence on guns. All the way to the last season characters were doing hits and putting there fingerprints on every available surface lol

A scene with Tony and Georgie that doesn’t end with Tony beating him up, wow.
3:16 that feels like the beginning of a GTA (3D Universe) mission 😂
Christopher missed a golden opportunity to beat up Georgie for that comment.
I truly love Tony's mother she's the Best lady in the sopranos period ❤️ 💕 💖 ♥️ 💓
Tony: "This is no time to go on a rant, Christopha."
Christopher: "ok...on a completely unrelated side note, we should start going to a different bakery."
@xFangs really? Name calling? Fuck off
3:01 “Right away you think I have some other agenda” - as TS waits in the car for them to leave!
“He’s using mesquite. It makes the sausage taste peculiar” LOL
This always seemed like the worst plan for a hiding place for me.
Never Disrespect Italian Pastry Chris
Tony stashing all that stuff is such a great scene, yet it's not even in the top few hundred. Amazing show.
“Is it Meadow? She eats like a bird!” Wow 🤣
Love how Chris freely gives out info while searching for devices that could not only incriminate himself but would also help the FBI build the case that Tony was the boss
I like that the mom knew something was up but they gaslight her into thinking they're just being nice
The hairs on my neck stood up 😂😂😂
Everyone worried about being indicted, Christopher worried about NOT being indicted
Right 😂😂😂😂😂,I'd be happy not being mentioned lol
Sil's face when Tony asked Christopher what was wrong priceless.
what the hell was moltisanti thinking, manhandling the shfooyadell like that.
Music selection in Sopranos is prime.
Nice hiding spot Tone hehehe
I think anyone would easily find the guns
@@bluebloods8760 If they thought to look in a hat box or clothing box at the top of Livia's closet in Green Grove. Sure.
Incredible cinematography in this show.
Tonys prints all over those guns lol
Love the way Carmella looks at him to give him the all clear look . Priceless!!
The screen minimizing and closing itself like a door at the end gave me goosebumps. Masterful editing.
One of my favorite scenes in the entire show. It’s only right Tony’s mom share closet space with her son. She isn’t using it.
01:14 story of Georgie's life.
Tony: "Wassa matta wit chew, eh?"
Chrissy: "I'm strung out on smack, got a gorilla on my back, I owe Paulie Walnuts 8 grand a week, I beat my girlfriend who's an informant for the FBI and I'm a fuckin momma's boy who deserves a beating but I get a pass on everything cuz I'm the bosses nephew, other than that everything is OK!"
Fuckin luv it!
aintoproudtobeg
Livia opens the box looking for a dress “ I don’t remember buying a 9mm UZI, the shot gun on the other hand, sure”
Dropping the cannelloni on the pool table like that, when the boss of the family is around I don,t know, looks like a crumpling structure to me
Goddamn all the actors in the show are phenomenal
G-unit’s straight outta south side must have sampled that song at the end, so good
Whatever Carmella was she was tough. She stood up to Livia's crap and shut her down. She also stood up to Tony's rages and garbage to try to keep the family together.
Paulie was a man with culture
He also pointed out the rape of our culture. 🇮🇹🍷🍝☕🤨
Nice. A scene that hasn't already been uploaded 100 times over.
*you wanna be a big bad guy cwistofa?!*
Why am i imagining Livia brandishing that Spas12 when somebody at the residence pisses her off 😂
