ഒരിക്കൽ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് ഒരു രാത്രി ബസ് യാത്രയിൽ പിറകിൽ സീറ്റിൽ ഇരുന്ന ആള് എന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചു.. സത്യം പറയട്ടെ, ആദ്യം പ്രതികരിക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. ആ shock കൊണ്ട് പെട്ടന്ന് low pressure ആയി.തലകറക്കം വന്നു, nausea ഉണ്ടായി.മേലാകെ തരിച്ചു.പെട്ടന്ന് ശരീരം തണുത്തു, ഇരുന്ന ഇടതു നിന്ന് കുറച്ചു നേരത്തേക്ക് അനങ്ങാൻ വയ്യാത്ത അവസ്ഥ. ' paralyzed ' ആയ പോലെ ഒരു ' തോന്നൽ '.. അതാണ് trauma shock.. ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായി ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് രാത്രി face ചെയ്ത sexual haraasment. React ചെയ്യണം എന്നു വിചാരിച്ചിട്ട് പോലും ശരീരവും മനസ്സും വഴങ്ങാത്ത അവസ്ഥ... പിന്നീട് ഒരിക്കലും എനിക്ക് ആ അവസ്ഥ വന്നട്ടില്ല. But ആദ്യത്തെ അനുഭവം പലപ്പോഴും നമ്മുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഒതുങ്ങാത്തത് ആവും. എന്നെ പോലെ എത്ര പേർക്ക് ഈ ' shock ' ഉണ്ടായിട്ടു എന്നു എനിക്കു അറിയില്ല. ഫ്രണ്ട്സ് അവർക്കു ഉണ്ടായ harassment പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ.. "അവനെ അപ്പൊ തന്നെ രണ്ടെണ്ണം പൊട്ടിക്കാണായിരുന്നു " എന്നൊക്കെ വീമ്പു പറഞ്ഞ ഞാൻ എനിക്ക് ഒരു situation വന്നപ്പോൾ ' തളർന്നു പോയി '

എനിക്കും ഇതുപോലെ ഒരു അനുഭവം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട് ട്രയിനിൽ പോകുമ്പോൾ എന്റെ കൂടെ ഇരിക്കുന്നവർ ഒക്കെ ആണുങ്ങൾ പക്ഷെ എല്ലാരും പ്രായം ആയവർ അവരുടെ കൂടെ പള്ളിയിലച്ചൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു അപ്പോൾ ഒരു ചെറുപ്പക്കാരൻ എനിക്ക് ഇരിക്കാൻ സ്ഥലം തന്നു അവന്റെ വലത്തേ കൈ പ്ലാസ്റ്റർ ഇട്ടിരിക്കുവായിരുന്നു കുറെ നേരം നിൽക്കണ്ടല്ലോ എന്ന് കരുതി ഞാൻ അവിടെ ഇരുന്നു പിന്നീട് കുറച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവൻ അവന്റെ സ്വഭാവം കാണിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി ഇടത്തെ കൈ കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ പുറം തടവാൻ തുടങ്ങി എനിക്ക് എന്താ ആ സമയത്തു ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് എന്നറിയാതെ ശരീരം വിറച്ചു പിന്നെ ഞാൻ അവനെ തറപ്പിച്ചു ഒന്ന് നോക്കി പിന്നെ അവൻ കൈ എടുത്ത് കുറച്ചു നേരം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും അവൻ അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ പോലും പ്രദീക്ഷിച്ചില്ല പ്രതികരിക്കും എന്ന് എണീറ്റു എന്നിട്ട് ചോദിച്ചു ഇങ്ങിനെ പെണ്ണുങ്ങളെ തടവിയിട്ട് ആണോടാ നിന്റെ വലത്തേ കൈ ആളുകൾ തല്ലി ഓടിച്ചത് എന്ന് അപ്പോൾ അവൻ അടവ് എടുത്ത് അറിയാതെ അല്ലെ എന്നൊക്കെ എല്ലാരും എന്നെ സപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തു ആ പള്ളിയിലച്ചൻ എന്നെ seid സീറ്റിൽ ഇരുത്തി അയാൾ എന്റെയും അവന്റെയും നടുക്ക് ഇരുന്ന്. നമ്മൾ പ്രതികരണം ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമ്മൾ പോക്ക് കേസ് ആണെന്ന് കരുതും

The trauma is real and she has been a brave soul to raise her voice against it rather than being shut bout the incident which i think was wat the PPL behind the masterplan thought would be her reaction. Every word which Shilpa Bala and sayanora said comes right from her heart, you see tat in their eyes and one thing that Shilpa Bala said, "trying to prove in front of PPL and the law tat this happened" would be the worst thing the world could do to anybody who has been in that place. Sexual assault shouldn't be tolerated, and I hope someday India develops to have a system where there is no much interrogation on a rape crime.

Not just women fall to these issues and traumas,but trust me readers, even young men fall into these traumas as well.(I am a victim of abuse and I know how it feels to walk in her shoes)!!!

Ee interview njnith ethraamathe thavanayaan kaanunnathenn enik thanna ariyilla may be 30 th....each time I see I can't hold my tears I'm also a Rape survivor which lasted from 4 old to 18 half yrs and continuing my fights which spike out from the trauma and the society outside who sees me as the culprit and criticizing Me for the threats the .......who had done it...... going through the traumas and every stupid nonsense hearing from many who even called me a slut ☺️ and taking care of the culprit even after knowing that who he is,the very irritating part is the one who are taking care of the ....and who tried to keep me silent ( even though they failed 🤭)is women it is the most disgusting part out of everything ☺️
The journey from a victim to a survivor is not easy as someone looks from outside,i had many good friends by my side when I had gone through this but i had restrictions from my family talking about it especially i had two good souls from my family who only were with me holding me after my friends
The journey is not easy as what Shilpa and Sayanora mam had told no one knows only the survivor know how many fights she is fighting to herself,the screams,the darkest nights,the breathless moments, depression , feeling bad about her own body and the thought that a dirty one had run his body over her every every every.......no one can control in such a pathetic condition and I'm proud that I'm even though continuing the fights I'm proud that I'm still living and I'm not gonna die and I'm proud that I am looking straight into the eyes of those ladies( I feel pity to call them ladies )who stand by his side for some profits and saying bullshits about me whom once i had trusted a lot, that time I am very proud abt myself for I'm not keeping my head bowed I'm so courageous to look sharp and walk in front of them with what small i have ,and i had heard that they asked 'oh,what a girl she hadn't died yet, isn't she feel ashamed to live after being rapped,😂iam still continuing to hear these all I know the journey won't end till my death im only a teenager now I have lots to go ,i have a world to explore no one knows what I'm going through,even now also I'm fighting and I'll continue to fight for me bcoz all had thrown me into a garbage in my needed tym ( trusted ppl) if I also continue to leave my soul as what they did it's the biggest threat I'm the only one who is supposed to be with me in all struggles so there is no right for me to put me down myself.
