Film Companion I am bit disappointed by your lil concern over Panchayat doing well or not during this COVID lockdown situation. Panchayat would have done well even then if this situation didn’t exist. Good content shines through any situation or time tests! I have a lil of issue with you all by constant doubting or raising this question that how this series would have fared 🤦♀️ if lockdown didn’t exists- it’s tad bit demeaning for a show like this which is a masterpiece or a gem 😊

I disagree with Anu and the others that the big screen theater experience is superior to watching web series or movies digitally in the comfort of my own home or in my own bed. I quite like it. It might make a difference for big budget action or sci fi films lead by superstars but not for the medium or low budget movies like the ones Ayushmannand Tapsee do. Some movie theaters get very noisy and the food is average but still overpriced wheras popcorn, samosas, ice cream, etc I can have at home and watch comfortably and take as many commercial breaks as I want! When I move out I will make sure to invest in a good sound system and good flat screen TV.
It is the time when all you are doing is reviewing OTT content. I hope you give shout out to your war hero Suchin M. Also I was hoping some mention of Ramayan rerun on DD. I mean come on guys million of indians loving it. Mention toh banta hai.
