Had the privilege to meet him and get to know him when he was in Rotorua, New Zealand for the shoot of LOJ, back in 2015. He's indeed a friendly man. Also grateful to him, who gave my wife a chance to do a good role in that movie. 🙌🏽

I don't understand Malayalam, but believe me i understood every word said in the movie. The best part i liked is when you are not trying to justify the crime and trying to tell us that its OK for Georgekutty & family to kill varun, because he was wrong. How modest it is when even georgrkutty feels that he needs to suffer for life. Wow ! just Wow !
Just a classic example how much a father struggle over years to keep his family safe. Georgekutty is a warrior like all our fathers who sacrificed so much for us n for our upbringing! Loved the father's plot in both the movies.

A sort of continuation for the character of the Georgekutty was stuck in the mind, that made him delay in script writing for 3-4 years. After the long discovery and fixing process of it( moving through various ideas, concepts, research ), b/w these years, he made the script in 25 days......
Brilliant Writer, Director. Look how deeply he has thought about each scenes, characters. So much effort has been put towards visualizing the story onto the screen. Kudos!!!

One of my favourite scenes in D2 is GK following Rani all the time even after the sleep over finished,knowing Rani is the only weak link for the crime confessions.JJ given lots of spaces in between script lines and that makes this film logically viable. One classic example is why he did not check the history of his own land buyers? The answer might be yes he did the enquiry. That is why he saying to Rani nobody should talk anything about the crime inside the home. And very interestingly he always compelling Anjali to complain to Police repeatedly. May be to see the reaction or giving them a hint that he knows them.who knows? Only Agatha Christie fanboys can do this brilliant work.
I have seen many post - drishyam interviews and most of the questions were repetitive were jeethu probably was tired of answering the same questions. But here, the questions were fresh and critical were it even got me more into the film. Best interview I’ve seen so far, even jeethu have said that as well which made him confess about drishyam 3!! Great job!!
He is class apart but still humble. His movies are being adapted or remade in other languages including Chinese. For those who aren't aware, Drishyam has been remade in Chinese too - "Sheep Without a Shepherd".. It is high time Indian film directors start learning from such directors and stop glorifying Akira Kurosawa and Majid Majidi, as we can make better films than them which suits our sensibilities..

I have seen many post - drishyam interviews and most of the questions were repetitive were jeethu probably was tired of answering the same questions. But here, the questions were fresh and critical were it even got me more into the film. Best interview I’ve seen so far, even jeethu have said that as well which made him confess about drishyam 3!! Great job!!

He is class apart but still humble. His movies are being adapted or remade in other languages including Chinese. For those who aren't aware, Drishyam has been remade in Chinese too - "Sheep Without a Shepherd".. It is high time Indian film directors start learning from such directors and stop glorifying Akira Kurosawa and Majid Majidi, as we can make better films than them which suits our sensibilities..

Mr.Bhradwaj you nailed it. Candid conversation with the director and detailed. I didn’t see anyone else picking Jeethus brain like you did. Every scene analyzed thoroughly. Interesting conversation towards the end regarding the next sequel as well 😀😀
