Just watched this episode with Talat Hussain - a very bias intellect and very informative episode. Excellent analysis and excellent thinking - superb podcast -
Talat Hussain… I used to be a big fan and have to say some of the fandom has resurfaced after watching this.. but.. having said that; I know it’s hard to remain impartial but I wish he can get out of Bughz-e-Imran.. prime example is his denial that he didn’t realise ‘Pinki Peerni’ is derogatory.. you are a gem of an Anchor; but please balance Bughz-e-Imran so much that you want to stop criticising the ones you know are not sincere with Pakistani interest
talat sahab ki biasness kabhi khutum nahi hui...shuru shuru mein malik riaz k peechay parhay huay thay phir inka bhi mu bandh karwaya on which he has no answer.
Talat sb came off soo bloody well in this. There's a reason pti trolls don't go after him much, it's because he's so good at countering their rhetoric with facts and logic.
You are such a gifted anchor! Very impressed with your conversations, follow-up questions and respectful push-backs whenever you disagree with your guests. I learned so much from this episode.
What a breath of fresh, unapologetic and raw but true air! Mr Shahzad Ghias's questions are straight, to the point and he gets an answer, Mr Talat Hussain is a legend who i deeply respect. So good to see this exhange. Though i respectfully disagree with TH when he says current COAS has any role in reversing sins of his ancestors. Generals simply do not and must not have any role in mainstream politics. Keep up the good work SG!
You looked intimidated and apologetic, maybe due to his stature and bluntness. But good for you to keep pushing. Talat is arrogant, and a pampered product of the embedded system whose episodic disagreement with the overseers doesn't make him any credible.
One of the finest interviews of the finest journalist and editor we have. I may disagree with Talat sb on his opinions but I have never been able to challenge the facts he presents as a reporter/analyst. This is why I respect him a lot.
Assalam o Alaikum ! I spent a lot of spare time while assisting him in sub editing when Maleeha Lodhy was Editor in Chief of The News during 1991-1993 . During this period I was student of MPhil International Relations at the QAU Islamabad . I found him thorough objective and impartial journalist. His this interview he has ushered an objective and impartial voice on the diverse aspect of the current domestic affairs . Listen to him and enjoy a fair point of view on different fronts of affairs .
"I used to intensely dislike this person; his arguments, evidence, analysis, and principled stance shook my entire perception. Now, I admire his credibility and am working on adopting a more procedural approach to life and work."

Respect for Talat. A journalist with integrity.
I haven't seen more sorted and compact talk by any guest so far..... Absolutely amazing...
Just watched this episode with Talat Hussain - a very bias intellect and very informative episode. Excellent analysis and excellent thinking - superb podcast -
I am not a fan of IK but I have always followed Talat.Talat has a predisposition against him & he must address it.
Very nice talat sab
To me Talat coming to your show, is a bigger achievement and credit to you, than Bilawal coming to your show.
Loved this discussion a loooot 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
🙌❤️
Loved each and every minute of the podcast. My favourite podcast host and my favourite journalist.
Pride of Pakistan in Journalism Syed Talat Hussain
کیا بات ہے طلعت صاحب۔۔۔ آپ نے ہمیشہ مجھے متاثر ہی کیا ہے۔۔۔ تسلسل کے ساتھ۔۔۔ غنیمت ہے آپ پاکستان میں
Very much impressed by Mr Talat Hussain. Already I was keen to listen to him on tv and now on velogs.
Halfway through. Talat’s clarity of thought and his guts are remarkable. Thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you Shehzad. Back to the rest of it now!
🙌
I am amazed with Talaat's energy and grasp !
Brilliant Talat Hussain... I like his political analysis being fair and great journalism . He is so well spoken.
Come on Talat Sb ... He was one of the best allrounder world has seen ...
talat sahab ki biasness kabhi khutum nahi hui...shuru shuru mein malik riaz k peechay parhay huay thay phir inka bhi mu bandh karwaya on which he has no answer.
One of my top favorites, Talat sirrrr 🔥
Talat sb came off soo bloody well in this. There's a reason pti trolls don't go after him much, it's because he's so good at countering their rhetoric with facts and logic.
You are such a gifted anchor! Very impressed with your conversations, follow-up questions and respectful push-backs whenever you disagree with your guests.
I learned so much from this episode.
🙌
What a breath of fresh, unapologetic and raw but true air! Mr Shahzad Ghias's questions are straight, to the point and he gets an answer, Mr Talat Hussain is a legend who i deeply respect. So good to see this exhange.
Though i respectfully disagree with TH when he says current COAS has any role in reversing sins of his ancestors. Generals simply do not and must not have any role in mainstream politics.
Keep up the good work SG!
🙌
Same I disagree with him but I understand better where he’s coming from after listening to him, he does a good job defending his opinions
You looked intimidated and apologetic, maybe due to his stature and bluntness. But good for you to keep pushing. Talat is arrogant, and a pampered product of the embedded system whose episodic disagreement with the overseers doesn't make him any credible.
Honest and genuine hope of journalism in Pakistan .
🙌
Talat Hussain sb well done..I really appreciate your opinion.
What a healthy and Informative talk. Night shows should learn from these two gentlemen.
🙌
Very awesome podcast. Excellent guest and his clarity of thought is just wow.🎉
🙌
One of the finest interviews of the finest journalist and editor we have. I may disagree with Talat sb on his opinions but I have never been able to challenge the facts he presents as a reporter/analyst.
This is why I respect him a lot.
🙌
Utter rubbish
Uff! Such a treat to listen to this man. Brilliant 👏🏻
🙌
Your daily podcast releasing habit is just WOW ❤❤❤❤❤

This man is one of the smartest journalist and analyst out there
The best ever podcast interview of a true honest journalist by the best podcaster
❤️
One of the best podcast.
🙌
Talat is my Only ALL Time favourites 👍❤️. Always appreciate his work now I understand more of his Values.
Great interview 👍🙏❣️
TH is the only intelligent journalist I enjoy listening to. Articulate and precise.
Hands Down, THIS IS THE BEST EPISODE TILL YET. Loved every minute of it.
🙌
Such an informative podcast on the principles of journalism.
I regard this legend talat husain absolutely honest and straightforward
The best episode of journalistic discourse...👍👍👍
🙌
Crux of 1st half of this podcast is he's anti-imran
He seems anti-imran to u bcz you are pro-imran
@@waqaramjad9127 honey but 1st half of the podcast was project Imran
Crux of your comment is that logic will always fail with youthia
I appreciate that you held your ground and kept challenging his positions and excuses fairly and respectfully.
A very different podcast ...good and honest discussion...both had vested interest in good sense (care for Pakistan ) ... Should have part 2 of this podcast ... congratulations for good show
🙌
Both of you guys are amazing. I enjoyed the conversation and learned from it.
🙌
@talathussain is the most honest and neutral journalist as compare any other journalist. his reporting is based on ethics. putting right as well as wrong in front of public.
😂😂 neutral?
Are Propaganda and lies also part of ethics?
@@Wanderer975 I can understand your deep pain. but you need to raise your question in front of tout journalist like Imran riaz, sami ibrahim or Moeed pirzada etc etc.
@@raheelsabih I should not ask him? 😂
So you mean he is PMLN media worker and i should not ask him any questions.
Only PMLN workers/ supporters can ask him questions 🤣
Ok. Fine
@@Wanderer975 @Wanderer975 Youthia spotted, bravo. who never disappoints to ask inferior quality questions.... exactly what i was talking about. keep it up.
@@raheelsabih So if i point out hypocrisy, double standards and bias of Talat hussain in favour of PMLN, then i am a youthia?
But if i praise PMLN planted media workers in the media industry, then i am having high quality discussions 😂
Asking a self proclaimed journalist to show neutrality is Inferior quality question? 👍
Thanks for clearing many confusions. I like your podcasts but this one is amazingly good. 😊
🙌
Thoroughly enjoyed listening to a professional journalist. A rarity on mainstream and social media. Good work.
🙌
A journalist HV must principled and informed like U tallat Hussain..keep doing the best work..
The best podcast ! Great job
🙌
STH sb, your interview was wonderful and impressing, I enjoyed it, indeed. Masha Allah
So glad to see this treat ....thanks
🙌
It was awesome. I really love courages and brave guys. Swimming against the water flow is not easy. Shehzad you are doing great work. 👍
🙌
IK is not a project. Its an idealogy. Its time has come...🎉
0:22 incitement to violence per where is the all kinds of securities we paid for? From multiple huge list of agencies - Talat never addressed this issue in mainstream and so did you. So bhai Jan Thank you 🫷🫸
The truly mature journalist- love to watch him for a long❤
Such a fine podcast
More power Mr Talat and shahzad bro❤
My daily tpe episode with morning chai routine will fix me 😤😤😤
🙌❤️
One of the best podcast ❤
❤️
100% lafafa ; so pathetic and poisonous against IK; he has no courage and jealous man
Lol. Youthia only knows two word, lifafa and chor.
BHAI KAUNSI CHARAS KA NASHA KARTE HO ? AFGANI ...BALOCHI ....TUMNE IMRAN KHAN NAAM KI CHARAS PEE RAKHI HAI 😂😂😂😂
If u think he is lafaafa then you only watch and listen Sabir Shakir, Moeed Peerzada, wajahaat S khan, Shaheen Sahbahi and few more who are not lafaffas,
A sensible man talat is
Respects To Talat Hussain ..... Brilliant Dude.
Talat Hussain Establishment k Taout hai or kuch nhi.Yeh abhi Bajwa ko gali de rha hai lekin jese hi asim munir ko gaali dega jb us k pass power nahi hogi jis ko abhi yeh angel keh rha hai..
Excellent Analysis of Tallat Sir
15:00 .. so how do we wind up Nawaz project? Since he was launched by estab, then IK was justified in getting army support for winding up Nawaz .. this is Talat's logic.
And you can stand at Leicester square and record whatever you want. Dumb AF
Voter turnout suppression - people living in same house have been allocated polling stations in far flung areas ...
They tried in 99
Then in 2017
@@ThePakistanExperience
They never tried to wind up Nawaz sharif forever.
They removed him temporarily to remind him his place.
Establishment always want a balance between different political factions.
They never let any political force to become dominant.
Excellent analysis best podcast I have ever seen
