That IH Travelette is worth saving. Super rare. The 60’s model Thunderbird you walked past at 27:00 probably had the tilt away steering, normally standard on them.
@@jeffreypinder9398 I finally found an NOS turn signal cam assembly for my swing away Galaxie on eBay. My TS cam was broken so the turn signals wouldn't self cancel anymore. And the cams are different between Swing Away and a fixed steering column. I just wanted to see how rare the swing away steering is on the galaxie. And apparently very rare.
So what happened to your 63? The baby blue with the messed up roof was a 61. Medium blue that was darker and it was a 62. I'm glad I saw your comment went back and look cuz I could use a fender for a 61

Country squire model has wood decal trim. Colony park is a mercury version of country squire. Country sedens only has side chrome spears and the ranch wagon is bottom rung base model and is usually a 2 door wagon
its stainless steel trim on the cars ,it last for ever in that Climate , chrome will rust off faster, good rust free body panels ones that did not sit on the dirt to bad lot of the glass is broken

😂That Rambler Cross Country wagon aboutva 61 would be a good candidate for a hotrod long roof. Drop a V8, an OD Auto tranny, AC rewire it and you hsve a unibody interstate cruiser.
Wow, so much cool stuff, and it looked mostly rust free and restorable too. Amaze!
Yes it was!

The swing away steering was more popular on the T-birds than the Galaxie. And the turn signal parts were different between the two.

The Colony Park wagon is a Mercury and looks like a 1967, I had a 1965 Commuter wagon which was 1 level below the Colony Park.
15:00 far right looks like a 63 impala! I had one just like it. Dragged it out of the bush in 99, tore it apart then gave up on it.
