I have watched SO many channels and it always makes me feel like it's more of a commercial for a plugin and not as much explaining how to use it within a project etc. Anyway, you do an incredible job explaining everything. Thank YOU!!!!
i wil try humanoid since all plugin influencers promoting it now like i cant even escape 🤣but i gotto admit. from what i seen so far it sounds really good. sounds like its better than waves ' ovox and vocalsynth too. I wanna see if it beat them because ovox works like a charm already. i want someting that just works. i ll try it. and i like baby audio. these guys make dope stuff.
i loved the sound of this plugin! it sounds way more pleasing to my ears than izotope`s vocalsynth. i allways struggle to get izotope vocalsynth sounding good in the context of a mix, i don`t know why but i allways end up sounding too harsh and boxy.
Sometimes that songs I used are ones I’ve produced for artists. Sometimes they’re just quick little tracks I make for the tutorial. This was a quick little tutorial track
Ohhhh. That’s just a really basic synth with a crazy pattern programmed in. Then automate the cutoff and reverb /delay. A preset wouldn’t be super helpful. The key is playing the super fast progression
@@MakePopMusic well at this point I think that’s the standard phrase for that so I’m not gonna fight it. It’s just one of those things that sounds so weird to me. I did just get the humanoid so I’m looking forward to trying it out. I wish I would’ve had it for this little album I just published haha. It was supposed to be from the point of view of a robot.
1: create unique delay throws 2: make a vocal riser from scratch 3: create artificial harmonies and texture to thicken a vocal 4: program single note harmonies that build tension 5: spice up a boring vocal chop 6: add emphasis on vocal punch ins
Maybe, but the Izotope and Soundtoys plugins you'd need to do all of this stuff would cost hundreds of dollars. It definitely has a different feel and sound and texture to VocalSynth, Little Alter Boy, etc. It took way less time to dial in the sounds I wanted on Humanoid.
Your channel has really inspired me to up my game with vocal production and creative mixing. You have a real talent for teaching!
Baby Audio is an example of a plug in company that is progressing music forward. Every plug in is a win
They also have the nicest customer support I've ever interacted with

I made the move to cubase thanks to this channel !! Praise

I've been watching a few videos on your channel and i really think i wanna take it further as i love how you treat sounds entirely.
Thank you!!
Awesome video! Thanks for showing of some cool uses for Humanoid 🤖
It’s suchhhhh a fun plugin to use!!
i already have other plugins that can get the job done. just enjoy watching austin's tutorials. 😁

Thanks for watching!

Agreed - vocalsynth is soooo noisy on a vocal and it kills my cpu
100% Vocalsynth is always hit or miss for me because it gets sooooo sharp so fast. Humanoid just blended right in!
I’m so glad I found this 🙏🏻
Saw you on Waves channel lastime , congats on that watching somebodys journey always amazing
Ohhhhh Yeahhh ,dark pop song😭😭❤❤
I wasn't interested in this Plug in until I watch your review. Nice job!
man i love austin' s voice. not gonna lie. ok ok. i m gonna get it. hahaha
that buffer is insane
I am about to spend a day just making insane stuff using that and save them as loops, risers, and ear candy
Thanks
hey bro how you get the track selection black river been trying to do it for ages
I see a new midi keyboard!
KICK ASS video bro!
nice but can this thing also do dark/low vocoder kind of sounds? it all sounds so clear and high
yep!
Just play the note in a lower octave and use the shift down instead of up!
Please recommend a beginner bundle. I need a mic, interface, pop filter, etc. not trying to spend a lot but not trying to buy crap either . Thanks
What’s your budget for everything?
Where does he post the songs in each video? Where can i listen to this song?
Sometimes that songs I used are ones I’ve produced for artists. Sometimes they’re just quick little tracks I make for the tutorial. This was a quick little tutorial track
Have you tried putting it on a reverb send??
no but that sounds fire
PLS do how to make a 2000s pop song like Lady Gaga/Kesha!!!
is there another plugins that can do the same things ?
waves ovox or Antares auto tune efx+
Hey austin I’ve been trying to get that Pre chorus arp fill you made in serum for Fortnight video. Please help!!!
I can’t get it right. I m so in love with that sound
Did you download the preset from our website?
@@MakePopMusicI have most of your packs. But I believe you made the sound custom for the Taylor swift - Fortnight video at 9:09 pre chorus arp fill.

@@MakePopMusic I was trying to get that sound for days since that video. I really love the sound. I got it thanks. I just didn’t activate the cutoff 😅

ashish chanchalani
When you dropping the song? lol
The phrase “ear candy” makes me cringe 😬
what’s a better word or phrase then?
@@MakePopMusic well at this point I think that’s the standard phrase for that so I’m not gonna fight it. It’s just one of those things that sounds so weird to me. this video is kinda misleading because there are no tips, its just a tutorial on how to use a plugin
There are 6 different techniques (tricks) I do in this video. All time stamped for you.
1: create unique delay throws
2: make a vocal riser from scratch
3: create artificial harmonies and texture to thicken a vocal
4: program single note harmonies that build tension
5: spice up a boring vocal chop
6: add emphasis on vocal punch ins
Everybody has to pay their bills…
I completely disagree - I got loads of ideas from this video, thank you Austin!
Exactly.
Baby audio makes amazing plugins but this one id pass. Can achieve similar effect with izotope and soundtoys nothing special
