$1,299 for a 10-125 lbs range worth of dumbbells is bananas. If you wanted a set that size in individuals it would cost like $7k+ and be a combined weight of a Honda Civic lol. I've obviously seen the pepins before.... just always dismissed them as I'm not a fan of adjustable DBs.... and they came out of Canada... so... $$$$$ for me. Price was similar to a set of urethane dbs I got from Rep. But.... now that I'm actually reading into the pepins on their site. I'm actually floored. I always just assumed adjustable dumbells are laughably oversized to their fixed weight counterparts. These.... are pretty much the exact same size. At least on the heavier weights..... if not somehow a hair smaller. At the very least.... comparable. I jumped over to Rep's site and see they aren't offering them... well... shipping them until September. Which is both a bummer but a good thing. I'll get a few more months out of my urethane set.... and sell them - I'm getting these. Consider me impressed. It's always fun to sell and then get new equipment anyways. Will definitely free up my wall of dumbells...... more room for me to deck out my gym... err... "garage" in fettle fitness machines come this time next year. My garage gym is going to be *mwah*... perfect. Getting these will probably allow me to add another piece of equipment from fettle, haha. Or... just have more floor space.
Hey Coop. Thanks for all you do. Any idea if the Rep handle will be compatible with the original weights? I just picked up a used pair of the originals (they're amazing), but do love the idea of the 10lb start for certain exercises... it would be awesome if I could pickup a new handle and just use my old weights. But am guessing it's not that simple... but would be neat if they could mix and match (although I'm doubtful). Worst case, I suppose I could grab some 10 and 15lb dumbbells
AsSAMbly Sam lookin buff in this one jkjk Edit: Also, this coupled with Gluck's "Nuobells suck butt" really make me want to switch. Can't really have $1,200 tied up for like 6 months but will def sell the Nuos and buy the Pepins in like a year haha
Really want to preorder these but my power blocks haven’t let me down yet and I have a feelings that Rogue may have something in the works since they’ve been pretty quiet lately.
Did they feel any similar to a powerblock at all? Didn’t know if the bars on the outside have any affect on the feel. Looking at upgrading from my powerblocks to an adjustable that feels more like a traditional dumbbell. Between these, IM, and Snode
Wasn’t interested until they said lifetime warranty! 👀 I better not have any fucking problems if I drop them and they brake, and REP won’t replace them! Life time means till I’m dead! Soo if they honor that I will get these 💯
I ordered the 120 lb set... those babies are pretty long! I'm hoping the stand they're designing allows the dumbells to sit side-by-side lengthwise against the wall so they don't stick out three feet into my workout space. 🤞
Currently changing my bedroom into a GYM for myself! It’s going to be pretty difficult as a visually impaired person but I definitely want to find a way to add these and adjustable bench emoji thank you!
I'll wait for the final production unit to comment on that. But, I will say, at this point, I don't plan to replace the originals in my garage with the Répin's. But, we'll see when the final units land. My wife would enjoy the 10 lb start weight.) - Coop

Every other one on the market has a drawback. I’ve been looking forever. Either slow and good durability. Or fast and using plastics like nuobells that will break in time. Sign me up!
I want that Quick Draw stand. When is available? Coop, can you try to know something about that from REP?
Pepin vs Reppin? Which is truly better please? How is the coating holding up on the Reppin? I’m looking for the best set, setting price aside
For sure getting these. They don’t ship out until September of 2024.
AsSAMbly Sam lookin buff in this one jkjk
Edit: Also, this coupled with Gluck's "Nuobells suck butt" really make me want to switch. Can't really have $1,200 tied up for like 6 months but will def sell the Nuos and buy the Pepins in like a year haha
REPPIN !! TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE! Great questions Coop Way to do your homework as usual.
Stellar lift boyz
The problem for me is that grabbing the DB with both hands is not possible. For pullovers or two hands tricep press. Maybe I'm just to picky
Okay.. absolute banger of a video, and the dumbbells are sick! BUT, what I really must know is where Coop's shirt is from??
Really want to preorder these but my power blocks haven’t let me down yet and I have a feelings that Rogue may have something in the works since they’ve been pretty quiet lately.
Coop, what’s model/color are your Altras? Great lifting by the way. Next year you have get 3-5 reps 😎
Did they feel any similar to a powerblock at all? Didn’t know if the bars on the outside have any affect on the feel. Looking at upgrading from my powerblocks to an adjustable that feels more like a traditional dumbbell. Between these, IM, and Snode
Man, if you know any French and can pronounce a forward accented E, you know why they aren't calling these the Reppin' dumbbell.
Wasn’t interested until they said lifetime warranty! 👀 I better not have any fucking problems if I drop them and they brake, and REP won’t replace them! Life time means till I’m dead! Soo if they honor that I will get these 💯
Gotta know when that stand for the QuickDraw dumbbells are coming out. 🙏🏼got mine on the floor right now 🤦🏻♂️😂
Coop, can you review the landmine linebacker squad by titan ? Thanks
Hoping they sell the Rep quick draw adjustable dumbbells in pairs here in the Philippines
Coop if you had to pick between the originals or the news ones to keep forever which one would you pick alluminun vs steel
I'll wait for the final production unit to comment on that. But, I will say, at this point, I don't plan to replace the originals in my garage with the Répin's. But, we'll see when the final units land. My wife would enjoy the 10 lb start weight.) - Coop
@@GarageGymReviews you can’t tell the difference from aluminum handle vs steel handle ? The steel doesn’t feel more sturdy ?
For anyone doubting if COOP lifts. 120lb club boys!
