One thing i miss about patrols and hunts is that i cant use my broken 10 second behemoth killer build with Tragic Echo, since it only works on the first death. Kinda makes those types of helmets useless now .
I would recommend power surging first, then grind the weapon level of the weapon you surged up while doing 1-13 escalations of the escalation boss you want the weapon of first. I would recommend torgadoro or thrax for that, grab the legendary weapon, then start working on armor pieces
Sure you can. Builds are templates, you can fit them to suit your specific needs. It's just that shock and terra escalation have more incentive to run Crit focus, which is why the separation is made here.
When the part breaks before the ball explodes, it disappears. It's the same one from the beginning of the fight, when skarn and quillshot enrage, these parts grow back

It is now I guess) that th pieces are used in build specifically meant for escalations. Thats like saying to someone in an RPG to use Post-Game weapons against the final boss, ya feel me?
Consider it wouldn’t take all too long to get these pieces, then you just continuously grind the same stuff for reforges and other gear pieces. I never claimed this to be a beginner build by any means

The frostbite prism explosion will also usually do enough stagger damage to get 1 stagger in. Repeaters have an easy enough time with part breaks that you’ll get enough use out of overpower

Well as it turns out, you attack way faster if you just, oh you know, hold down the mouse button instead of making your finger fall of and klicking over and over again. I did this since I started playing this game 3 Years ago because I like the feel of it, it makes each shot carry more weight. BUT ONLY NOW DO I REALIZE THAT I GIMPED MYSELF ALL THAT TIME. bollocks.
Twin suns were only ever worth using if you wanted to change the play style of repeaters. They’ve always been worse than the regular repeaters when it comes to damage output
Your transition between parts is too fast and without note to what you are moving on to. "so" might be enough for someone who already knows this info but I figured this is meant for someone that doesn't already understand it. Just my thought as a new slayer. Also could you provide info on how to obtain all the items you recommend using in the build? Some of those cells I've never seen before. Where do I get them and what build is good to use to farm those items thanks

But repetars dont do stagger damage so why overpower cell?
Part breaks trigger overpower as well
The frostbite prism explosion will also usually do enough stagger damage to get 1 stagger in. Repeaters have an easy enough time with part breaks that you’ll get enough use out of overpower

When I'm skipping in between the rounds of the escalation, 10x. If not, it's normal speed.
What do you do to shoot that fast? My rate of fire is much slower unless I spam ALL my abilities at once.
The main attack speed is coming from catalyst. Also certain fights, like the thrax one for example, I have bonus attack speed from the escalation amps

Any reason you choose sprinter over swift on the first build by the way? Also nice builds, really efficient.
Sprinter is movespeed all of the time, while swift is only while your weapon is sheathed

Those are the setups I would run, power boosts or no power boosts. Those are the setups that actually are capable dealing damage for repeaters
