Very gracious...makes me doubly weep for what we have lost in civility. You may not have agreed with Ford or Carter, but they had class and integrity.

This was pretty amazing. Being from Grand Rapids, MI it was so wonderful to hear Fords eulogy for President Carter. So grateful he did this and his son was able to deliver it.

Wonderful eulogy for perhaps the greatest, most humble man in my lifetime. I am definitely spilling tears today 😮

...pretty embarrassing and almost humiliating having trump there. Thank you, Pres. Carter. Your example has set an inspiring, lasting standard. God bless you and your family.

Like a clairvoyant, Gerald Ford spoke to the Trump administration, even though he wrote this eulogy decades ago. Truth, the eradication of disease, true peace in the Middle East (not just a signing of a piece of paper), good moral character & other qualities - will Trump & his oligarchs get it? Probably not.

They already did it in the first presidency. We had peace in the middle east then.

I truly understand why Jimmy Carter picked Gerald Ford to give his eulogy. Honesty & truth telling.....this is why neither one of these men got a second term . The ones ( all of them sitting there) are guilty of lies & deceit. May both men Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford rest in peace. Hopefully those in that cathedral today take a long look in the mirror and change our government for the betterment of the American people. Truly make the United States ...... United. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

These Navy men had a bond closer than a few years of being rivals for the presidency.

Throughout his entire life, President Carter was one of the most altruistic human beings I've known of in my lifetime. Mother Teresa also comes to mind but I'm struggling to think of too many others after that.

Im really suprised donal trump and obama chatted while the choir was singing. Thats bad manners at a funeral. Only the immediate family gets to do that. Melania acted properly

Whats with the red carpet seperate appearances of presidents like its the Emmys? Why didnt they walk in silently in a row and sit down?? I thought that was rude and look at me!

Wrinkled flag on the casket? What’s that about?
